Dairy Queen, Mineola TX

Me and my family go out of our way to avoid Dairy Queen. Every time we give it a chance, we remember why we never want to go. The wait times are ATROCIOUS for one. My husband ordered a single burger, no fries or drink and it took 26 minutes and two phone calls before they brought it to us. I eat at Whataburger since every time I’ve ever ordered chicken it’s taken close to 30 minutes. Maybe they could redeem themselves on ice cream? Don’t count on it. A “chocolate” blizzard is the same color as vanilla even when asked to make it as dark chocolate as possible and paying for extra. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Apparently this store ignores mobile orders when they have a line because it said to come pick up at 535pm. And I called at 545 sitting out front and they hadn’t even put it in yet. AFTER the phone rang for 2 minutes straight

So far, my experience has been very good with this restaurant. The employees have been courteous and friendly

My wife and I went and ordered tacos and one of the servers were very rude and after we got home we realised our order was wrong.

Mineola DQ is a good experience each time the food is always hot and the price is in comparison with other local establishments
I love DQ for there blizzard and royal treats peanut buster parfait is my favorite but dont forgot the Steaks finger basket

I arrive at this outstanding restaurant often since I enjoy the special atmosphere that is part of this place. The team is extremely welcoming and experienced. The service is impressively rapid. Also, the food they prepare is good. I have been there often and I was always joyful. The payment is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

I don't usually like Daiey Queen food, but at this location the food was fresh and cooked well. I would recommend it.

Ordered through the drive in speaker (needs to be louder so customers can hear the employee better.not a good experience today.order was not right and clerk at window was rude.another employee did her best to smooth it over.

Very terrible owner who cuts your hours when you give two weeks notice, and does not honor his own policy.

Love the food and the service my personal experience at the Mineola DQ as a fan and employee has been absolutely wonderful thanks DQ family.

The place offers an awesome variety of delicious food. I love eating here. Employees are always kind, rates are convenient and the place is always clean.

We ordered a taco salad, steak fingers, a hamburger. Waited 25 mins. Went to check and saw our food sitting waiting to be carried to our table, several mins later they brought it to us, minus the hamburger. 15 mins later got the burger but had to take it with, since my son was late for a school event. We got to DQ at 5: 15, plenty of time to order, eat and get him to school in time at any other place than this DQ. Always slow, but this time was outrageous. And the food we did get first was no longer hot. It'll be a while we try them again.

Because of schedule we can never get here til 9: 30 but they always serve us, joke with us and work around us as they prepare to close up, never grumble or rush us. Down Home people.

For sure one of the best DQ's ive been to. Had lunch while passing through the area. The food was great! The dining are was clean and the staff was friendly. The manager even walked through the dining area making sure customers where satisfied and that everything was in order (tables, trash, etc.). Oh, and the bathrooms were clean too.always hate it in a fast food restaurant when the bathrooms are super nasty. Expertly owned and managed!

Thankful this particular Dairy Queen serves my food fresh! I don’t mind the wait as long as it’s done well. My nacho cheese cup and chicken strips are always hot and fresh. Quitman fails every time serving me cold cheeese & stale fries and cold chicken.thank you Mineola DQ!

Great, fresh food. Grilled chicken salad is amazing. The wait time for your order is annoying. Can't even go through the drive thru if you're in a rush, because it takes FOREVER, but the food is worth the wait if you have the time.

Love this DQ in Mineola! The quality of the food is consistently great (especially the tacos and blizzards), the service is prompt, and the employees are professional and friendly. The facilities are always clean and orderly, which tells me that the management team is top notch as well.

The food tonight was lousy. No lettuce in tacos, taco shell was old, chicken sandwich was awful, fries cold!

This Dairy Queen is the fasted one I’ve been too! I am always impressed about the quality and correctness of my orders. Customer service is off the charts as well. I will continue to come here!

Great service and fresh food and they don't skimp on their portions like the other DQs in Lindale and Tyler.
Their seating areas and restrooms are always clean and their employees are always polite and smiling.
