Dairy Queen reviews
15Lobby was closed before 8pm which was disappointing because we tried to meet up with family and friends to celebrate my son's basketball game. The drive thru line was long but only took 16 minutes.
They were really busy and short staffed but the manager was doing a great job keeping everything flowing! Our food was good as usual but they forgot the cheese on my burger. The issue was quickly handled and the manager apologized. I didn't mind because I know they were busy and this was the first time they had ever gotten our order wrong!
I came to pick up an Uber order and I got here 20 minutes before closing I called the store and they tell me they will be right out with my food I waited 15 minutes outside before I decided to call and when they picked up the phone a rude lady answered the phone and said that she doesn’t know who told me to wait outside as they are closed for the night And won’t be able to provide me the food that was ordered
Did drive though for dessert. Wait was normal, food was hot and packed well. Folks were nice and professional. Love our local DQ.
We got Blizzards and a banana split. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The wait time was minimal so that was nice.
It’s 11: 37 AM the dine in is closed. Drive-through is open. I called and a girl answers and I asked what time dine in opens and this is her response “when we get more employees” mind you that dine in hours are at 10 AM. Very rude little girl!
The burger was cold and the fries where hard. I always go to the one and Bandera but since I was on Culebra I stopped there. Sorry thats my experience
They always have great specials and the quality of the food is always on point. If you can't decide what to eat this is your place. Also the desserts are wonderful. Good eats and great prices.
Me and my children always eat there on sundays.but this Sunday the diner was closed no sign explaining why.i was very disappointed that my kids didn't get to enjoy d.q this day.i will not be back again to get disappointed
Extremely quick and friendly, but the red velvet blizzard was a little runny on my last visit. The cookie dough blizzard was perfect. They don't mix the blizzard all the way through. So it's like you're tasting regular ice cream at the bottom of the cup. It's completely white.
I hadn't been to Dairy Queen since the last time when I ordered some food and wasn't very happy with it today I went for a small Blizzard Heath candy and my son got a chocolate shake I have to say that Dairy Queen I think has the best ice cream items of all this is also my favorite Dairy Queen on Marbach Road
Took a 15 minute drive to this Dairy Queen hoping I'd get better service at this location than I do by my home (waited about 30 minutes in drive thru at the other location) Anyways when I arrived home, my order was wrong, I called and the lady on the phone (Valerie "the manager") was not very helpful or understanding of the situation. She stated that the policy is that they cannot give any refunds or exchanges and that I'd have to call back tomorrow. As a "manager " she was very unprofessional. This will be my last visit here once my issue is resolved!
Staff extremely
friendly and medium ice cream cone made to perfection cost a little over 2 dollars. It was tasty and staff was friendly, but you can get cones MUCH cheaper at QT gas stations and McDonald's. If you had a big family it would be something to consider.
I went to this place to get me a banana split and a blizzard.
It took them long time to make those two items about 25 min.
The blizzard was like milk shake and my banana split was all watered down milk over split banana, no flavor but a lot of sugary taste.
I went back to show them to the manager on duty but the restaurant was already closed.
Very bad experience, I won't go back to that place.
