Great service is back at this DQ! About two months ago, I went in this location and thought I'd never come back because of the rudeness I encountered, but today my daughter's GiGi really wanted to meet there for lunch before church, and so we gave it a try. I was so impressed! The quality was back! I saw friendly staff who were working hard to serve customers, and giving their best with welcoming smiles and can-do attitude. The place was very clean, and everything was 180 degrees better than the last time we were there. What a difference good management makes! We will definitely go back to this DQ now. Thank you for bringing back the Brady's DQ quality we had come to know and love over the last 15 years of eating at this location. Turning that around is something to be really proud of. We wish you continued success.

This place is terrible. Ghetto! Never get the order complete always slipped together. Go to any other DQ but this one!

Great burgers, great friendly staff, love half price burgers on Mon and their 2 to 5 afternoon specials, great prices all the way around and you don't wait an hour for a burger and fries

I went to order my food, I asked for fresh fries please. She told the workers to do so. When I received my food I could tell that they re dipped the old fried in grease and served them to me reheated. I was irritated. Also the place was so nasty. Tables were dirty, trash can ️ was out and no bag in it. The manager wasn’t there. This was at 5: 20pm Jan 6th 2023. The old couple that came in after me almost tripped on the carpet when they came in. They also returned their food because something was wrong. Those employees don’t give a Shi* about the customers or that place. They need to be fired if they don’t want to work. That’s pathetic! I Hope corporate or their manager sees this.

Nice to experence something that you experienced 45 years ago and it's exactly as you remember it. Dairy queen has maintained the taist and expectations you remember from childhood. No gimmicks just a good ol memorable reunion of quality and taist from a more dignified time.

Not really impressed with the services. Made us to wait more than 15mins for Blizzards. Dropped off the blizzard when they showed up side down to prove it won’t fall from the cup.once waited and returned without ordering food since they made us wait for long time. Will not be returning to this location again.

Ordered hot fudge sundae and got this melted cup of milk, that's a big Ole nope, no spoon no napkins just a cup of melted ice cream

I made the mistake of asking for a 6 piece steak finge but without the basket. They mistakenly included the basket and I reiterated that I would like just the chicken. The total went from $10.40 to $11.69 I said never mind, I'll just take the basket if it's going to be more. I pulled around and waited for ten minutes to have them bring me 6 steak fingers for 11.69. I said nvm I don't want the meal, here is the receipt. The guy took my card in for 5 more minutes. Came back out and said he needs the other one for the credit card machine.sorry that's the only one yall gave me. He offers the meal with extra bread. I just want the experience to be over. He went back in and brought me the basket 10 minutes later. I spent around 3 minutes in a drive through because God forbid you don't order things by combo number. Nor going back

Always a blessing when you can eat at a good ole DQ! Love this place for as long as I can remember my life. My first job was at a dairy queen in Abernathy when I was 15 years old. Let's just say that DQ and I go way back.

We got to the window and they deleted our order and the lady just stared at us cluelessly not saying a thing until she decided to tell us that our order wasn’t there rudely. Then we replaced the order and have to pull around we waited for 20 mins and decided to go in and ask what’s taking so long.she then said our order was next and there was only 3 people working, so we waited and waited we watched cars behind us get food before us and our order was a kids chicken and burger while they were handing large bags out.finally we go in after another 15 mins and our food was just sitting there. We then got back in the car and the burger was wrong and burnt. We called for the money back and to let them know and they hung up on us rudely.worst customer service and food ever.

We went through drive up and ordered they told us to pull around by front door and they would bring it.we waited and no one ever came out with our food. I had to get out and go in after just having surgery.she said oh I didn't see you.seriously. You never came out and looked we parked where you said to duh. LAZY

What can you say, it's dairy Queen. Same great food and we were able to sit inside which is becoming more and more or less common.

Wasted gas time and money. Everyone in line that ordered a big purchase got to wait at the window, but my small 1 burger had to pull around and wait? Spent more money in gas than food and I could've made it at home faster. Nothing is fast food anymore

The last couple of times we have gone it seems like they have gone downhill on cleanliness, professionalism and overall quality. Then we found out that an employee had taken the credit card number of a customer and charged on it. Makes me think we will head to another location.

I ordered a cheeseburger with MAYO no onions. I got a cheeseburger with onions & mustard. The fries were cold & rubbery. The Dr. Pepper was correct & was the best part of the incorrect, cold meal I paid $9.29 for that I didn't care to even eat. The drive thru worker did not acknowledge or thank me for my business. I wish they would just PAY ATTENTION & maybe actually care about customer's orders!

I got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was very good could have used a little bit more Mayo but no complaints

This has always been my go-to DQ for the area. Always personable employees and gives me memories of trips to DQ as a kid with my grandparents.
