Dairy Queen, Spring TX

Thank you to William! My cookie dough blizzard tasted old and different than normal. We went back through the drive thru and not only did William happily and immediately offer me a new cookie dough blizzard with brand new cookie dough from the back, but he also threw all of the other bucket in the garbage. I feel like he took care of me and the next people that would have ordered it. We will be back!

Better than some I’ve had in Houston but not anywhere near the best I’ve had. The ice cream seems to always be melting at every location I go. They really need to fix the temperature of their ice cream machines.

The food is great flavors you know. The staff is great.

I'm almost 50 years old and felt kinda proud to still be able to walk into a DQ! I've seen a couple in the last couple months getting renovated. That's so great they are still around. I always loved their baskets but yall should try the tacos. They are so freakin good.

It's a nice location but the menu is dark, there is no way to see menu at night if it weren't for the vehicle behind us.

Me and my girlfriend were doordashing and they continuously skipped our order for about 20 minutes absolutely horrible service

Have already visited 3 times since we are staying with our family in Spring.

Im not sure what the girls name was who was working drive thru, but she was SO sweet and had such a happy presence to her!

I don't usually get excited about fast food reviews, but I had to post this one. I have never in all my years of fast food dining had my burger come out looking just like the advertised picture. It had all the right toppings, placed correctly, and the burger wasn't smooshed. It was to enjoy something that wasn't just rushed and thrown together, it was a nice experience. Anytime I'm back up in this neck of the woods I will be sure to be back.

This store is really clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Food was hot and delicious. They require masks, and their tables are set up for social distancing. Really nice store.

04/27/22 I believe mask's are optional now. Other than that it's still a clean restaurant, and food is good.

Drive Thru, I usually have a good experience at this location, but on this occasion there was a new Trainee working the window and no one knew how bad he was struggling, I was 3rd in line waiting to order, it was taking so long the vehicle in front of me got out of line and sped off in anger, when I finally placed my order, which was only 2 boxes of chocolate Dilly bars, the kid asked me to confirm my order 3 times, I asked why he kept repeating himself and looked around for a hidden camera thinking I was on a joke video show, and when he asked a fourth time I just ignored him and pulled up, I asked for the manager and proceeded to tell him how bad the service was and why all the while the young Trainee was shooting mad stares at me from behind the mgr the mgr apologized several times so all is forgiven but if I have the same experience next time they will lose my repeated business

They have fabulous burgers. Yes its going to take at least 10 min to get it but it has old time flavor and is worth the wait.

The food was good. David at the drive-thru to move my car around. I didn’t hear him say exactly where so I parked in the front of the restaurant. The expediter brought my food and was rude to me by saying you were told to park over there as she pointed. I was at this establishment on February 28,2022.

Love the new royal chocolate blizzard with the band of fudge inside. Was one of the only places open all holidays this year, which is nice to know.

The service at this location is so much better than the one in Humble that we normally go to. The young lady at the cashier got our order correct on the first attempt & we got everything we asked for & it was all hot & fresh.

I got violently sick after eating steak fingers here yesterday. I was up all night. Please be careful as to what you consume here. I am positive this was a case of them serving something that exceeded shelf life.

We love DQ but this location is just different. It’s like the blizzard is melting when they give it to us and they don’t mix it well. I also don’t recommend the pumpkin pie. It’s a pumpkin syrup that leaves a weird taste and again wasn’t mixed well so sometimes I was just tasting vanilla.

The service here is the worst. They have only ever gotten my order right once. The staff is rude and doesn’t pay attention when your ordering. I’ve called and talked to the manager several times and he doesn’t seem to care much more than his poorly trained staff. And it takes FOREVER and half the time they want you to park and if you have ice cream it will just melt in your car before you get your food. And don’t ask for no Mayo because you will get EXTRA.

Ordered a blizzard and it was half melted. This is the last time I go to any of the Dairy queens near my home, as none of them make decent blizzards!
