20 Appalling service, 29 minutes and 11 seconds to get a blizzard.
It's not just a one off bad day, this place has terrible service. I'll be going to the store on Texas Ave from now.whoever owns this place needs to find another vocation
Ridiculous spent 16.22 cent for a number 3 burger got home which I don’t even live that far but when I got home burger wasn’t even hot now have to microwave it ️ telling me to bring it back when u clearly know I just order and I even said I was just there order a number 3 and a large Oreo blizzard I’m sorry but I ain’t fixing to waste more gas to go back then come back home again I ain’t coming back
I want to give a zero all the way except for food, why, cause I didn't even eat! Went through the drive thru this morning at 11am, stayed there till 11: 04 with not one person acknowledging I am there. I decide to walk in as 2 lady's are standing there messing with the tea urns neither said 1 word to me, at all! 1st lady walks behind the front counter talking to the man in the Kitchen, who also didn't say anything to me, then the 2nd lady walked behind the counter, again, NOTHING! I walked out and spent my money elsewhere. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will also tell my friends and family to stay away from that rude establishment!
7/2/2023 Took too long for a response at the Drive Thru So we went inside, the lady had terrible customer service attitude. It was super slow. Place was filthy. Got my order wrong. I don't know why this place is still open.
Wasn't sure how to rate this place. My original visit was a disaster, so I called and told them how bad EVERYTHING was. The manager that I spoke with asked if I would like to come back the next day and get it fixed. I figured what could it hurt, so I went. The food was fresh, hot, and great then. So it's kind of roll the dice. I say if you go, go before the shift change. The day crew is more professional than the night.
It took them at least a half an hour for 2 blizzards 2 hot fudge Sundays and 2 chicken baskets terrible customer service even the manager was just standing around won't go to this one again
1 hour with two cars in front of me for one ice cream cone…. Attitude from the driver thru person. No show of speed from this team at all.
No clean tables, floor dirty, kitchen dirty, bathroom dirty, I have not been here in a long time this place has really went down. Thing is you have 2 people doing nothing at all. My food was horrible my fries tasted like onion rings and my hamburger bun was stale. Worker sneezed and didn't wash her hands I will not be back. Heard how manager talked ty customer on phone very rude.
I got the fish basket. I must say that it was very good. I how that it will be considered as a permanent addition to the DQ menu
WRONG order I order the jaitos burger and I got the triple burger
And it was cold meat was dry
Not good at all. I call back they never did answer.
It has it's good and bad days the food I got last week was Awesome and then yesterday was horrible fries cold burger not made the way I ordered it.
Came through drive-thru ordered bacon ended up pulling out of drive to wait up front for 5 minutes for the bacon got home found one piece of bacon on the burger
Very nice and clean place, Staff know their jobs very well. They are friendly and respectful. We enjoyed eating there Thank You and Good Bless.
It is a hit or miss but that's based off going over a handful of times in 5ish years or so. It looks much cleaner and we got our food in a timely manner the last time we went.
Food sucks terribly cold fries old chicken old toast drive thru is a hassle to drive through big disappointment in comparison to every other DQ I have ever been to all over freaking Texas
I've been there before and the burgers were so so and maybe even overdone at times but when I went there this last time it was absolutely the best cheeseburger Buster that I'd ever gotten onion rings were perfect the drink was great and they included all the condiments that had asked for without any problem or having to ask them again for them a second time
The lady on Mockingbird is very rude. The dining room was already closed before seven o’clock try to make an order at the drive through window. The same lady was very rude and kept asking me what kind od drink I wanted instead of listening to what I was ordering then when I corrected her she got more offended. I ended up leaving without ordering my food. Put a bad taste in my mouth.
My son got a jubilee Burger meal and they didn't even put his meat on the Burger, only the jubilee peppers, he went back to get another one they remade but didn't give him fresh fries to go with it. Only two workers and it took forever in the drive thru.
I ordered a chrispy chicken salad and I got a taco salad. Easy mistake. When I returned, I explained what happened. I talked to Ashley and her customer service is absolutely outstanding! She took extra care of me. She made me a fresh chicken salad, let me keep the mistake. Added extra honey mustard AND hooked me up with a blizzard while I waited. According to her, the crew is newer and training, and I have no doubt that once they r trained, they will be outstanding as well! Thanks Ashley for a great experience
So it's been some time since I've come here in awhile but I gave it a chance this location used to be the best location where me and my family came too. Everything was always fresh hence the wait time which I never minded. But once again a problem. Cheese left off of the number 3. They fixed it thank you guys for that. Heard the price from the order window thought that's a little steep only to realize I was never charged for combos but separately charged everything perfectly fine. Money is only a substitute for the things we want in life. Thought I should say. Hopefully you guys start running a business instead of stuck in the ways of hustling the customers who are the reason you have your jobs. Yes I believe in team first customer first. But question where was your customer service as far as what I specifically asked for? But it could've just been me the manager recognized me and rolled her eyes. Either way wish you guys the best and hope you'll figure it out before it's too late. Seen too many good places go down the drain. I'm sure it's not this way for every customer "I hope"
