Dairy Queen, Kemp TX

We drove to the drive thru at 8: 27 pm to place an order for a sundae and were told they were closed. Refused service.

I've purchased the DQ Dude sandwich at several other DQ restaurants, but this one was hands down the best! Keep up the good work.

Slow. Say in the drive through for 20 minutes without it moving. I was the 4th car back so I just left without ordering.

I wouldn’t normally give 1 star for something so trivial but this is Dairy Queen and you would think that you could order a banana split or banana split blizzard and not be told “sorry we’re out of bananas “ not once, not twice, not three times, but 8 times in a row over a period of several months. I can understand this happening on the rare occasion but 8 times in a row is ridiculous.

I went through the drive through on 5/8 around 4: 30. I ordered a large fry. The drive through cashier was beyond rude. I said hi and thank you. All she said was the total cost. I looked in the bag and the large fry was only half way full. I asked her to please fill it. She just walks off and says nothing. She came back with the fries and I said thank you very much and again she ignored me, not one word from here. Horrible service.

Came through Friday march 17th During the evening we had to tell drive thru our order 7 times then got our food with our. Extra veggies on the side.the fries had a HAIR in them horrible experience wish I could give them no stars because that is how terrible. The service and food was.also learn to change the grease our onion rings tasted like old burnt oil. … do better DQ

Absolutely adore this store for supporting Students of the Month Their blizzards are amazing, and the service is unbeatable. Stephanie is a great leader with a great team.

Excellent food and Service. Very clean environment, and outside property is well taken care of.

Like always you rock, but yalls food Is always, good.but yall need to update your bathrooms something fierce.two things you should ways make sure is clean is your kitchen, and your restrooms.if there dirty then tour employees are washing there hands in the kitchen, that's unsanitary.come on ty

Burger was cold had rotten tomato on burger this place is expensive and food not so good

My daughter tried getting hired since November 2021 no luck no answer from the management and then she applied again in January 2022 and nothing but the hiring sign is still up so she applied again in May 2022 someone here told her she will be called again and that her application was lost then last week I stopped by with
my daughter so she can apply the manager said yes we’re hiring still I had explained what has been going on. She sent her an interview in seven points the manager maria told her she has a second interview in kemp again then that she’s not hired racists that what it looks like my daughter is 17 and ready to work and bilingual since last year still have the sign up but she can’t get hired very bad company y’all won’t have any business with us anymore

Love this DQ. Super friendly, they know my name and remember what I like! Some days they are short on help but they're hiring! And still I rarely wait long and they bring it out to my car if needed.

The food is okay, the prices are inflated for what it is. The employees are all friendly, but the service is very slow. If they could find some efficiencies in price and meal prep it would be excellent.

Look im new to the area honestly and the public needs to know as well as the owner but I have hired 8 employees that came from from your establishment in the past 2 weeks and all of them have had their final pay check reduced or cut or missing money I have coached these employees and told them to take their previous paystub and to file a case with texas department of labor. This is illegal and very messed up. I am not sure if it's the owner or general manager doing this bit you as the owner need to be made aware as this is serious charges and fines from the great state of Texas. I have provided them with the numbers for the legal support and the rest I wish you luck as again this is highly illegal.

For anyone needing work do not work here as this is what is happening. If current employee DO NOT BE SCARED TO QUIT. You have the voice and right to speak out and this is illegal so please call that number on your labor board in your store if not go to any business and ask if you can see their copy of the labor board and explain your situation. At no point should anyone ever work under these conditions ever!

The blizzards were partly melted and 1/2" down from the top of the cup. We had smalls. Disappointed especially at the cost.

I’ll definitely add some color to this establishment if given the opportunity to work here with theses beautiful women just tell me what to do
