Dairy Queen reviews
19First of all, The two girls working drive thru didn't have the courtesy to say hello, then I asked for a buster bar and she said they don't have any their freezer is broken, she forgot my ice cream cone so she had to go back inside to get it, I was pulled over to the front to wait on my order, she brought me my cone I said thankyou, she said nothing and walked off, I will not go back there again. What the heck is wrong with people that can't address people when they work in the public. My salad was not good, I got tiny bits of chicken and not enough salad.
Waited 23 minutes for tenders, luckily didn't bite into it, it was Raw and rubbery. Manager was frazzled because a shipment was coming in and she couldn't handle shipment and customers. Very unprofessional and rude.
Hit or miss! Employees are sometimes nice and sometimes not. A little pricey in my opinion but I go there for the thin mint blizzard and fall flavors which is great when they make it right.
I wonder how a place that is never crowded food is always cold l even waited for my food and it was cold as ice it wasn't even edible they don't have to worry about me no more
It's nothing like a great blizzard! You want ice cream with some nice good toppings? Look no further than the wonderful blizzard on a Texas hot day nothing beats it
After getting a cold burger from the drive-thru, the restaurant was called. The manager "resolved" the issue by "writing my name on a board" to correct the issue with my next order.
When I went inside the restaurant on my next visit, I was told my name was not on their board. I ordered anyway, requesting fresh patties for the burger. Again, old precooked patties were served. After returning the order and once more requesting fresh, I again received precooked patties that were hotter.
What's with these burger joints? Why do they expect people to accept this practice? !?
Staff were very patient and helpful, place was clean and I didn't check the bathrooms
Good place for fast good food. Friendly people.
Their burgers are good and their desserts are even better. Great spot for the family to grab a bite to eat or on the go.
It seemed like no one had any idea what they were suppose to be doing. The two gentlemen that came in right after us, waited and waited and finally had to ask if anyone was going to take their order. Another man in the drive thru had to come inside because he was never given his change after he paid for his order. Again, no one knew what they should be doing.
DQ is fast food yes, but this location was really pleasant. Very clean, service was fast and friendly and the food was actually above average. Atmosphere was just as well. When in the area, we will definitely stop back in. I recommend trying it.
Three of 4 items ordered were wrong. I ordered steak fingers but I am really not sure what I got. Whatever it was it sucked. And I was ill all night.
Did not like the experience. I ordered the double burger, I only received a single it took about 10 minutes to get the food and they weren't even busy and then the fries weren't fresh the burger was dry it's really kind of pathetic considering it was wasn't busy.did not enjoy it you do not recommend to anyone go to this establishment
Dairy Queen feels like coming home. It's a place I've always loved. That's my comfort place. For those reasons I am willing to wait in line longer than other places for what I want. It's always worth it!
The bring you could tell was not cooked fresh! You could feel the reheat (which caused burger to feel like rubber) fries was cold and soggy as all out doors! I will stick the the dairy queen on 19th and Waco Dr! Very disappointed In what I received
Even though there was only one person working, the place was clean, and he was very friendly and he still took the time to make our orders quickly and neatly. I for one was impressed. Even though he was under a lot of pressure, he remained cheerful and friendly.
I'm really disappointed it took 25 minutes at the drive thru. The dine in area is closed. I have worked at DQ in another state and this is unacceptable. It has taken up to 10 minutes to serve each customer. Won't come back.
I'd rather go to this location than the one on Waco dr because they mess up my orders everytime i go, this one actually listens and gets my orders right.
Went thru drive thru and was given wrong food went back got my food and later started eating it for lunch while at work and found a tooth in my food and the manager just laughed about it. Offered to replace food and I will not eat the food here again. So then offered a refund for my meal. Refused to give me coorps number. If I could give zero or negative stars I would!
I give 2 stars because ice cream and Taco's we're great. Burgers were horrible. If you decide to eat here don't eat the burgers. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. I definitely don't want to eat burgers here ever
