Dairy Queen, Noonday TX

We love DQ food. Chicken strip baskets and tacos as well as the #1 thing. They have ice cream that 2 of my gbbys can eat, grands are allergic to milk and DQ has ice cream they can have. Thank you for that.
I/we understand prices have to go up but when I come in to get a 6pc chkn basket with drink and pay 17$
I tend to get a bit upset. I only eat out when absolutely necessary and 17$. Hell thats like 3 or more meals in my view. For that price I used to get at least 2 full meals. 3 tacos baskets with a drink was around 13 or 14$. I used to pay some where around 7$ if I remember correctly. Sorry to complain but double & triple the prices have made me to where I dont want to return. Again I understand food prices have went up but thats just not right at all. I'm disabled and I only get 841 a month so every penny is used. If lucky I get to eat out 1 time a month and can't spend 20 on 3tacos or a 6pc chicken strip basket.

I waited in line for 15 mins just to find out the girl at the window forgot to put my order in. She tried to give me a free blizzard that the people in front of me had paid for it. I had to wait another 15 mins for my meal. $16+ for a meal and a 30 min wait should of gone somewhere nice to eat.

So I tried again to go here just to see if it was better since I finally got a reply back.but I was so dissapointed.to have the drive thru person say what else very rudely after you order a item is very rude as well as no cheese on the burgers I asked for it three times then ordered a large blizzard which was not even close to full.

Went through drive through. Purchase 2 mini blizzards. I swear they get smaller every time we go. Which isn't very often. But occasionally we will. Cost $8 for 2 minis.

Staff was extremely courtious. The cashier "Ava" was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this location.

Picked up lunch for my wife and I. Her 6 piece chicken strip only had 3 chicken strips, no dipping sauce, was supposed to have two cups of nacho cheese. I was supposed to have a double meat burger and tater tots. Got fries and a single patty burger. They never get orders 100% right at this location, and for $31 for fast food, you’d think they’d get something right. Have tried calling several times and no one will answer. Never going back.

I never thought that I would have to do this but I am amending my review to one. My wife my son and my daughter in law went to get something for us all to eat and from the very start the staff was rude. My wife and son had a side portion of onions and peppers they hardly gave anything for my wife's order but my son's was huge. When my wife asked about it the young kid of a Manager said"I shouldn't have to worry about your food because I have school tomorrow" They had to send my burger back for cheese and bacon. And you should see what came back. Things are expensive enough, we should get what we are paying for. And to the Child Manager you wouldn't have to worry about OUR food if you had a professional staff. You have a long way to go.

I live about 5 minutes from this location went for ice cream for my mother aunt myself and my daughter. Waited 20 minutes AFTER paying for the ice cream in the drive through for them to tell me another total for a different order saying they thought mine had already been given out. Then was told to pull forward to wait an ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES! Everything was extremely melty was not given a cup carrier until i asked like they assumed me being 1 person with 2 hands could carry 4 ice creams AND drive at the same time. Ridiculous and will not go to this location since they cannot fix their mistakes

Every single employee was smiling and kind and attentive. Food was good and fast. I can think of a few huge chains that could learn a thing or two from the staff at this location. Outstanding ladies!

Good food friendly service. Just wished the drive threw was a little faster. Update I've been going here now for a few months now. As of July 2022 the morning and day shift are on point. But if you come here after 8 it's a joke! Last 4 times I've been here it was really slow in drive thru and inside. Tonight I came inside and ordered at 8: 50. No one inside and no one in drive thru when we pulled up. Still took them 20 minutes to make a burger with tots and a kids chicken strip dinner! Coach needs to pull the C string or something that's ridiculous. The night before waited 15min in drive thru at the window for some tacos for my son just to be the wrong order.

Right now the name of the lady is evading g me but I feel like it is Deborah. She was amazing. My daughter spilled her gravy on her foot and screamed from the pain, she jumped into action and brought her some ice and a kind word. Made all the difference. The food was great as usual and service was fast!

Absolutely the best tacos in the area! They FILL them with meat, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. No skimpy tacos here and the shells are always crisp.

Another great DQ. If traveling on 155 and are close to this restaurant at a meal time, or time for a Blizzard stop you won't be disappointed.

Completely got my order wrong and when I asked for a refund they said they would remake the order and give us extra food. Ridiculous.

Service is usually slower and orders are wrong ist as much as they are right.

Years later and still slowest place in East Texas!

Always great food and friendly service. The service was a little slow today. But that's understandable since they're short on employees like every where else

Was very disappointed w/ our orders of Chicken and dumplings. It was almost all soup with very few pieces of dumpling. Felt it was greatly overpriced for the product we received. Talked to manager and his response was it comes in a bag and that’s how it is.
We will not be ordering that again.

I went to pick up the free dairy Queen sandwich that I got from their receipt. What got me was the paper has some kind of an odor to it I don't know if cigarettes or what but it kind of destroyed the taste of the ice cream sandwich. It disappointed me I won't buy theirs again.

So it was so much fun coming here today. The two employees were laughing and just having a good time helping customers. The food was hot, delicious and out quick. I got the dude which is my favorite. My friend, who had never been to dq got a hamburger and loved it! Definitely recommend coming here. And by how many people were here, others must agree.

They do give extra cheese now when you request it and pay for it when before I had problems getting it thanks for stepping up your game.
