Ordered Birthday cake for one daughter and other daughter ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which she liked very much.

Very clean and the service was great. Had the cheesy steak fingers basket and a taco. Both were very good. Will definitely go back.

Horrible experience, first time ever. My daughter wanted a chocolate dipped cone, my wife wanted a blizzard as did I. Ordered my daughters, no problem, ordered my wife's.problem. Asked for a MEDIUM very cherry blizzard thing.girl says mini.i repeated it MEDIUM.she says ok, I ask for a MEDIUM drumstick blizzard, she says mini again. I repeat MEDIUM.she says ok.she repeats the order and still says mini for my wifes blizzard, i correct her say its medium pull up to the next window.window girl says did you order this i say no it was the two medium blizzards and chocolate dipped cone, she says oh right the order again, and I'm looking at her awkwardly cuz her heavy accent causes a lil miscommunication, I repeat the order 2 MEDIUM blizzards and a dipped cone, she says yes.wife looks at me and says i think she gave you a mini blizzard, get to the window the guy gives me the cone and my MEDIUM blizzard and, guess what, a MINI blizzard.i tell him i ordered a medium, all he says is i have to charge the difference, i say thats fine, not rude not condescending, he takes it back clearly annoyed, 3 bucks extra give him the money, gives me my change and the blizzard slams the window shut.no apology, no have a good day nothing. Rough day? ! Too many ice cream orders? Upset about the uniform? Dont know the stuff you're dealing with but I'm sure there's other things you can handle rather than being the face of DQ, don't interact, plant your RBF in the back and sling that ice cream, fry them fries, fill up napkin holders, mop, but don't bring your ratty attitude to me.the only reason I didnt get down cuz the damn ice cream has this weird habit of melting when its the temperature of Hades. Dont know if I'll be going back soon, puro FastLane! This rant is about the customer service experience, not the ice cream.altho the drumstick blizzard was meh.

What is their not to like about Dairy Queen when it Comes to Ice Cream and not to mention their yummy tacos

Always have enjoyed coming to have the blizzards had never tried the burgers until recently and oh wow was I impressed since then I have tried other items on the menu. The staff is friendly and courteous, good job

This is like the 4th time I go, and it takes them forever to give me my order. I take the time to get off my car to order inside because there is a long line at the drive through, but they seem to care more about the drive through then those of us that go inside. By the time I get my order the drive through line is empty, and I'm barely getting my food. That is not nice

Was told they only hired 18 and up and turns out minors work here why did they lie I don't know

They usually get the order right but last time I asked for a beef salad and got chicken.completely missed the order. Also ordered a burger with no onions or tomatoes and it came with onions and tomatoes.imma day it was just an off day for them.

This location is fantastic. Food is always correct and fresh, service is excellent, and establishment is clean. When going through the drive through, you can see the kitchen and it's always clean. When we dined in, the service was great. There was a nice young man that came by our table to ask us if we needed anything. The bench seats have a nice shape to them that they feel very comfortable on your back

Great ice cream and fast food at good prices. You can see why its a Texas favorite when all the dishes are delicious from the tex mex to the dilly bars you can never go wrong with anything in here!

Went to get lunch and blizzards everytime I would order I would say large oreo blizzard, large reeses blizzard, mini ect. And each and everytime the guy would say what size and then he spoke so fast abs mumbled you could understand anything he was saying. He got my mini strawberry cheese quake wrong and then didn't even ring up my grilled chicken sandwich also tried to have us leave without all our stuff. They either need to train better or hire better because the whole experience was frustrating we went thru the drive thru on 3/1 at noon

The food is good, not to mention the deserts. Delicious! The only thing that has changed is the facility itself. It's still under construction but it doesn't look as nice as it used to be

This is our favorite dairy queen in El Paso though the slushies are different here. Don't like them as much. Hunger buster everytime! My daughter's get the tacos. Finished it off with an Oreo blizzard and you can't beat it. Service is always fine at this particular location.

Dairy Queen serves the best soft serve ice cream in El Paso! Today, National Pet Day, I treated my fur child to a 75¢ small cone!
Can you believe it! 75¢ soft serve cones this month in celebration of Dairy Queen's 75th anniversary! My dog approves and gives Dairy Queen a paw up!

Went cheap on my order. My banana split only had half of a banana. Then the blizzard didn't mix well, it was mostly vanilla. The people looked overworked and stressed out.
