Chicken sandwich and fries were served cold and took a long time to receive. The employee were messing around in the back yelling curse words to one another. Very bad

Steak finger basket got home NO GRAVY.called said gravy was like water, should of told me and give money back so I could go somewhere else. Never again will I go to Giddings Texas DQ.

We have visited this Dairy Queen quite a few times, over the years. We drive between Houston and Austin quite a bit, and have to stop for some ice cream. If time allows I will get a banana split, since I’ve tried eating it while driving, and that doesn’t work very well. So now we stick to cones, or Sundaes, or milkshakes to help us with our drive. Some visits are better than others, but the food is always good, and the ice cream better.

25 minutes to get our food, and there's only one other table. Wrong fry size and TINY chicken sandwich. Manager nowhere around.

Don't order the ice cream here. The kids they have running this place are lazy and don't want to take the time needed to clean the ice cream machine. I've worked at dq before. It's a regular thing your supposed to do. When you don't, the ice cream goes bad and tastes nasty. It's not fun and it's time consuming to clean the ice cream machine but it's a responsibility of the employees. These kids need to be fired. This is a health concern and they will be hearing from the health department.

I ordered 3 small blizzards - butterfinger, cotton candy, drumstick. Several attempts were delivered to our car, various sizes and flavors that were completely incorrect. On the first attempt I shrugged it off as a mix-up, but after multiple failings I honestly felt like I was on a hidden camera show or something - not angry or upset but just bewildered by the incompetence. On the third failed attempt, I offered the guy the receipt to take back with him so he had it written down - ostensibly foolproof. That final attempt yielded the correct flavors in a consistent size, but all one size smaller than ordered. At that point we had been waiting well over half an hour for what was intended to be a quick stop for ice cream; I pointed out the mistake, took the desserts, and got back on the road.

Took a while for my order to come out. Ordered steak fries and got chicken fingers in my country basket instead. Maybe they're not well staffed?

Went to this location for lunch in the drive thru. African American woman that ran the intercom was extremely rude. Went going up to the drive thru I added chili cheese fries to my order and she started rudely shaking her head. Then yelled to the kitchen to add it to the order. Then food was cold when we got it. Tacos were soggy. Extremely gross. Do not recommend going through the drive thru at this location.

My mom just went here about half an hour ago. We ordered 3 blizzards and another drink. All 3 blizzards were incorrect. Two came out Heath (nobody ordered Heath) and one was supposed to be a Chocolate Brownie Extreme add Reese's and it is not right at all. She even told the girl it didn't look right- and she assured her it was correct. I order this every time and can assure you- it was not correct. The incompetence is staggering.

The worst experience I've ever had to deal with, employees using profanity words. And we had a cake order and instead of letting us know before hand they were out of things they told us when we got here to get it. Unacceptable, I work at a DQ and this is ridiculous

Asked to have my toast with extra butter for my steak fingers, but they didn't add it. Aside from that everything else was good.

Taco meat is cold. I'm not talking like it's been sitting around luke-warm. Literally tastes like out of the fridge cold.

Wasn't just the taco meat, the burger was also cold, somehow lower than room temp, but at least not refrigerator cold. Meat that has been sitting for this long cannot be healthy to serve, and I hope I don't become sick from this sub-standard "food"

I really enjoyed my experience here at this Dairy Queen! The food was fresh, the ice cream was amazing, and arrived very fast! The cashier I had (Mark) was very helpful, kind, and attentive, big shout out to Mark ️

It's a DQ, so you know what you are getting - but the staff here is super friendly, responsive to customers, and the place is always spotless clean.

Fries were way below par, almost cold. Drive thru moved quickly and the corn dog was awesome but definitely not DQ normal standards.
