Dairy Queen, Crosby TX

I ordered a steak finger basket and got a chicken strip basket. And the gravy was water consistency. I didn't even bother to bring it back.

Just moved to Crosby and wanted to eat out for the first time, came here for some lunch and ordered a belt buster (the two patty burger) large combo and got charged for what I ordered but instead received a single patty burger. They Also forgot our fries and when we went inside they did give us fries, not the right sizes but some fries. And gave us a box of ice cream. We also had a problem w the drinks sizes but it’s fine. Just the being charged for a belt buster and receiving a hunger buster was depressing) ; but thank you for the ice cream box

Don't go to this place at 9: 50 wanting a dilly bar.they close at 10 but at 9: 50 will ignore you like you're not even there. I'm so tired of fast food kids these days.no professionalism whatsoever.pathetic

Tried to go through the drive thru at 9: 20 and no one answered the drive thru speaker and no one was at the window

It's a great environment good people good service good food its a number one in my book

Only rated 3 stars because it is take out only. And I can't drive and eat ice cream at the same time.

Sign on door allowing drive thru only. Can't pull through due to long truck/trailer and small lane/sharp corners. Walked through drive thru and ordered. The girl was nice and said she'd bring our order out. It took about 15 minutes and she did, but didnt give any condiments or napkins. Unfortunately didnt realize until the already left and cant go back in because doors are locked. My root beer float is about half full and melted as well. Not impressed.

Drive thru only. Great baskets and ice cream. If you are ordering delivery please be patient since all orders must be processed thru drive thru window only.

Second time going to this location and they didn't have a menu item. This time the item was literally advertised on the screen facing the road. And when I ordered they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. I spoke with the manager at the window and they just blamed it on the owner. So I'll blame it on the owner too and say he or she is doing bad business because I will not be going back.

In all the years of Dairy Queen the ones who invented most of the ice cream desserts is Earth specially root beer float is air flow everybody knows you have filled a cup up with ice cream you talk ice cream you top it off with root beer what's up with this one dipper ice cream in the rest root beer

OMG! Love this place the hubby and I had a taste for some Dairy Queen while we were in the area. Orderd our food waited a little bit but it was well worth it the burger and fries was so fresh and the people was very nice

Hungerbuster with cheese, extra pickles. Decent fries. And a thin mint Blizzard that hit the sweet spot. Would definitely do it again.

From the start of the ordering process in the drive through, “Deicy” was short with her speaking, and not professional in the process. Let out a sigh when she had to change something in the ordering.

Once we got to window she would slam the window after paying with the card, and in order we ordered large ice cream cones. My coworker and I work in a plant and enjoy the afternoon cool DQ cone, but unfortunately the cone was small. All we said was “we ordered large cones, I believe these are smalls” she said “well I didn’t make it. ” And slammed the drive through window.
We went on our way, didn’t make a scene and just thought she was having a bad day. Once checking the #2 combo we ordered which was also made a large, a small fry was given, and we had said (says on receipt) only ketchup, lettuce and cheese on the burger. There was onion pieces and mustard on the burger.

I understand fully of having a tough day at work. But from the start our experience was not what we have come used to with Daiyqueen. (We travel for work in plants, and visit them all over the state!) this cashier was a terrible experience, and the order was wrong and many ways to one. I do not expect a refund, and more then likely will not be through that area of town again. But will definitely pick another location before picking the DQ at 14027 FM 210 Crosby, TX

Fix the dam lights on the menu, and double check the order before giving it to the customer.sheesh.also why is the gravy for the tenders very watery.looked like milk.

I just bought a dipped cone and it was made like someone who didn't know what he was doing. I think management should show their workers how to make a proper dipped cone.

Always great serving staff and blizzards are phenomenal! Lol. But they always are! Recommend!

Terrible terrible. I have come here several different times, at different times of the day and no matter what time you come expect to wait 20 +minutes in line waiting to get your order.the staff is either trained poorly or the company truly does not understand the meaning of "fast food" service.very sad.hope they can fix it and make this place better.

This is our favorite DQ. Very clean and friendly service. We drive there all the way from Atascocita.
