If I could do less, I would. We ordered and probably waited around 30 mins or so, when we asked the woman why it was taking so long we were told maybe our order wasn't put in. Several other vehicles got their food prior to us, and as we were about to leave the food finally came out. We asked if they were short handed and were told yes and that they were also training someone, okay no big deal. Well then we get into our drinks and all three of them have a horrible horrible aftertaste, like maybe the water was just not great? The burger was crispy and too done, and overall it was a poor experience. Usually we really enjoy sonic, but unfortunately this was very different.
Im always pleased by the friendly service and good atmosphere. Free wifi is a plus. The food is a little pricey for fast food, but worth the pay.
ORDERED AT 7: 40 HAD TO ASK FOR ORDER AT 8: 15. HAD BEEN SITTING IN WINDOW, RECIEVED IT COLD AND CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE. MAY NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.
No ice cream. The machine broken. You would think they would have back up machine. Dairy Queen w/o ice cream!
Some employees are nice but some are just mean for no reason. I just wanted some sprinkles on my kids ice cream and this lady said “No”. How rude.
Just after the lunch hour and very busy. Ordered the steak sandwich that I love, it was good. It could have used a little more mayo though (kinda dry) and the fries were on point. Service was pleasant and restaurant was clean.
