This is one of the best Dairy Queens for customer service and satisfaction! Never any issues with them. They’re always so kind and respectful. Love coming here. 10/10 ;-)

The banana split alone made me leave a review Most places don't crush their pineapple now (apparently things have changed) OR CARRY NUTS! Food was fresh service was quick. Cashier was friendly as well. Will definitely be back

The young lady that handles the drive thru is quick and kind but everytime I ask for a blizzard they never mix it correctly. I always end up with all of my Oreo bits at the top of my blizzard and once I reach the bottom half of my blizzard, it's literally nothing but plain ice cream. I feel like they don't mix my blizzard well enough to fully have the Oreo bits mixed fully into the blizzard.

Was on the drive thru an hour before they close and they turned the lights off on me while I was trying to order. This place is always slacking on work and time. Need new managers and better employees. Ready to work and stay till for the hours they advertise.

It says that they open at 10: 30 am
and at this moment its 10: 50am and the doors a closed and the employees inside just look at me and not even bother to open or say why they are not opening.

Super bad service, I almost ran away. I told her that the store came up and that it qualified for the. 85 cent side and she told me no, I won't sell it here at that price. Here it marks me that qualifies, it shows me that you scan, no, we don't have anything to scan here, we don't know about promotions and I told her she just told me the promotion and that she wouldn't sell it to me and she says no, I don't know and she left me talking to myself, I'll never come back

I went to get 2 meals on 03/18/23 & when I got home my whole order was wrong so I tried calling them a lot of times no answer so went there 03/19/23. The young lady said I needed my receipt but I couldn’t find it but did have the order on my mobile app. She said they couldn’t use that. I asked her for the manger or owners number said she couldn’t give it to me. Me and my husband go there at least 3 times a week and always are very happy with our service and order till this time. All I wanted was my order to be replaced with our right order and the young lady that said she was the manger said there’s nothing she could do about it also told me the cook from last night told her he knows for-sure the order was correct. So my advice for now on is to check your order before you leave.

The DQ near 635 and military Pkwy get 5 stars but the one on st augustine rd near hwy 175 gets 3 stars because they messed up my turtle pecan blizzard really bad by adding unwanted coconut!

It's in a good location. People are friendly the only down fall and I think it's only the say we went but the bathroom was out of order. And really it gave a bad smell to the establishment so that's why I give it a 2 star. Hope next time we go it maybe a lot better this way it won't be so bad smelling to eat indoor. Other then that great friendly service. Great location.

OMG! I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START! THAT SWEET TEA IS A MUST TRY! THANK ME LATER AND THAT GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH #5 WHO EVER MADE THAT SANDWICH NEED A RAISE! CUZ EVERYTHING WAS SUPER AWESOME. NO wonder Why all the city and postal workers come here for lunch it's irresistible! Great customer service and Even better food!

Ordered a choco brownie blizzard and got something completely different. There weren't even any brownie bits in it, just chuncks of chocolate shards. The person who made the icecream, didn't even bother to blend it. When I gave the icecream back, saying that it was supposed to be chocolate icecream instead of vanilla, they pointed out that the chocolate syrup was inside. Honestly, it's my fault at this point for still going back. This isn't the first time that something like this has happened.

Worst location ever employees are really rude and close early than what time no hours even posted

I've never been really satisfied with the service here.they never have what's advertised as specials on tv.

Went in summer evening. Online listed closing 10 p.m. Sat in line from 8: 47p.m. Till 9 p.m. Line only moved once a truck pulled onto the store next-door parking lot. As we approached window they then turned off lights and shouted at us they were closed. Tried earlier another time to find them closed at 8: 30.tonight we were there at 8 ish. Sign " open was on. " Walked in to be told we closed in the dining room. Have to use drive thru. Three strikes and you out. Been supportive of this business for over 38 plus years. This location, St Augustine and old Seagoville road.

Terrible! I gave my order 5 times and it still was made incorrectly. They also tried to charge me $1 extra for whip cream that actually comes with the banana split. Not going back.
