Gave us the wrong thing ordered chicken sandwich got chicken salad, but my dad ate it anyway and it was good

We went on taco Tuesday which is. 89 cents a taco which is a good deal in my opinion. This place was pack when we went and the service was still great and fast.

Super slow at drive thru. The person running drive thru left. Several people left - they got tired of waiting. Waited 25 minutes to get blizzards and they were almost melted when we got them. And no they didn't turn them upside down-if they did they would have fallen out

I would not eat here I only work 2 hours here and I quit cause the workers in the back was trying to catch a rat in the back and we told them we would not be working here and the response we got was every restaurant has this problem I can’t work with ratatouille

Food is good but usually stays too busy for service to be any good.inside has way too many flies at all times of the day, may just be a summer thing.other than that can't beat the blizzard. The continued reason I look past everything else.

I worked here two hours and had to quit I refuse to work in a place where I would have to lie to my customers there was a ray caught inside the restaurant and they put poison out for them… when I talked to the manager she said are you serious a lot of restaurants have rodents! I am sorry but i refuse to serve my customers knowing there are rats.

We just waited over 20 minutes for 4 ice creams. We have 2 small kids who were excited to get ice cream after our dinner. We watched the workers fix others and give it to them without saying a word to us. We got our money back and left without the ice cream. Worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve had.

This place was awesome, we came in the middle of a rush and the workers were handling it excellently. And that smores blizzard was to die for. Can't wait to come back.

I come up here several times a month and I'm about to the point where I'm no longer going to where I'm no longer going to come here I called up there today 4/8/2023 I and the person who answered laughed about my issues and told me that they had no management on duty and that they haven't seen their General Manger in a month like come on my food was cold old and burned and there's nothing you can do.

They messed up on my Royal cheesecake when I wanted the strawberry filling swapped out for fudge. I was there not too long ago. They also would not pick up my call

I got a Hawaiian ice cream and it was all melted like a milkshake and food colder than Alaska and took 35 min to get the food 1 star and also the food all wrong and the 35 min for what no good

5: 50pm on 3/11/23 came in for med carmel moolatte cashier acted like I was interrupting her, not nice at all, lady that call my number, I went to pick up asked her if it was carmel moolatte she looked at it an threw it in trash in front of me it was a mocha, made mine horrible chunks of ice an very little carmel I will never come back

The limeaids are better than sonic! It takes forever to get anything from here, but we haven't received anything bad. The food is good. The ice cream is delish and the limeaids are on point!

Service and atmosphere was great. Fries were old and cold. Chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets. Chicken was old and tough. The only good part of the 6 pc chicken strip basket was the piece of bread and the gravy. So sad you pay $15 for a meal and its not hot or fresh!

Spent about 20 minutes in line after ordering, which would have been fine except for the fact that my blizzard was super melted when I finally was able to pull around to the window to pay. What is the point of making the ice cream orders right when the order is placed if its going to be left out on the counter for a prolonged time afterwards? Cashier lady didn't even do the flip test because she knew as well as I did that it wouldn't have worked out well. Just got home and put my blizzard in the freezer so I can have ice cream in a little bit, instead of a soupy mess now.

Had a 25 minute wait for somebody to change ice cream supply and another 20 plus minutes for mixture to get cold enough, then it was still very soft.
People lined up waiting and drive through backed up with some people waiting 45 minutes or more inline.
Not a good experience

CHEESEburger had to be remade 3xs still was not right. Tasted off was sick 30 minutes later I will never go back zero stars how difficult is it at a non busy time bread cold, not toasted, no CHEESE told them 2xs no with mustard how can you not put bread, cheese, lettuce and a pickle? There were 5 people behind counter, non shaved I should have demanded my money back I took two bites and was sick immediately NEVER AGAIN GROSD

This place is great depending on the day you go. I've had both really bad and really good experiences here, my main issue is how expensive it's gotten lately. I should not be paying $$40 for 4 things that's not meals lol
