Dairy Queen reviews
16Like to eat here. Burgers are cooked to order and always hot. Good pricing. They offer a senior discount.
Came in a little after 9 pm. We were told several times they close at 10. The young man at the counter seemed new. There was no ice in the soda machine, they were aware because the lid for the machine was on the floor. The woman who seemed to be in charge decided they weren't serving ice cream for the last hour. Every time someone tried to order she told them "I just changed my mix it's gonna be 25 - 30 minutes before it's ready". We were there 45 minutes, she never changed that time. The whole crew seemed more interested in playing than taking care of customers. The food was pretty much what you would expect from fast food. But, seriously Dairy Queen without ice cream is just mediocre fast food.
Traveling with my family & we stopped here for kids meals & ice cream cones. Overall the service was great & the staff was friendly. Lobby needs to be deep cleaned. And they charge for sauce which sucks when you order multiple kids meals.
Went in for lunch, and I shared a "dude" sandwich, which is a fried and battered chicken breast with my wife. Sandwich was hat and delicious. Service was quick and professional. Store was clean.
The guy that made my banana split was very friendly and made a very nice banana split. I believe this is probably the best dessert for the price in Texarkana. Cold Stone is way too expensive for such a tiny amount. The banana split at Dairy Queen is under $5 after tax and you get a lot more ice cream than other places plus all the fruit and chocolate syrup. I would definitely recommend trying it at least once. I plan on going back myself.
Been here twice, first time credit cards didn't work, I had already placed order before being told it was down. 2nd time order took a long time and onion rings were over cooked crunchy.
Super slow service & I had to tell them 4 times what my order was, AFTER they entered it into their system.
Pretty clean and nice Dairy Queen. The fries were kinda heavy and dense, like too much oil. Otherwise, it's very good.
The staff has been friendly, joking around with us, glad to see good customer service in this town! Got taken care of fast, too!
Of all the DQ's in town, this one has THE BEST ice cream and ice cream treats! Extra creamy and yummy
They don't check their orders before handing them out and I had multiple items that I paid for missing.
I door dashed an order and when I received it I realized It wasn’t correct, I called to inform them of my problem. A very rude woman answered the phone and when I told her my issue she tried to blame me saying she made it the way it was on the order and when I told her exactly what the order said she then tried to flip it on the dasher saying he said to make it a certain way! She then told me to go fxck myself and hung up!
Rude customer service. Blatantly made fun of my group for no reason and yelled through the microphone.
There was a Grey Hair in my Gravy when I ordered a steak Basket. I gave a 3 because this is the First time I've ever had an issue with this Store or Location. Was kinda grossed out by that, but it's not a definite that I won't go back. Just had to add that I did find the hair in my Gravy.
Never going back here again. They have gotten FAR too expensive to even consider for a quick lunch option anymore. A burger, fries, and blizzard costs 18 dollars now. I will start packing a sandwich in case I get hungry.
