Dairy Queen, Dallas TX

On 01/02/24 @ 9: 30 pm, employees said they're closed. The website shows 10pm. I have gone to this location all of my life. So disappointing.

The 3 little girls that work at this location are so incredibly rude, disrespectful & lazy. While we waited for our food, the 3 of them were giggling and scrolling their phone like they were not at their actual job getting paid to be there. I'm ready for the robots to take over at this point because I would get better service & food. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

The blizzards are my all time favorite I’ve been going to DQ since I could remember the tacos are amazing the belt busters & onion rings are some of the best in the business it’s a Texas staple that I hope stays around for a very long time I’ve been going since a kid and now I’m able to take my kids and don’t forget to get a steak finger basket with that good ole Texas toast and gravy you won’t be disappointed

Super bad cervice. Omg.super bad. If there were all the bad stars I would give them.pure bad-tempered kids with no one to supervise them. And bad character and smells very ugly.

This place is a joke what is really sad is I have applied here and at the owners store in Kaufman “moons” this owner pays 7.25 to now $8.00 an hour. The customer service is horrible at night. Nothing but teenagers with no adults because let’s be honest who can live off of $8.00 an hour. The young ladies at this place have no respect nor morals but again she pays $8.00 they are working like they are paid that. Food cold, ice creams are always sloppy. This owner has to be ashamed of herself. Ms. Amy has been there for many of many of years I am a true customer to her shifts. She is a great person, I’m not sure what she is getting paid but I can only assume she is way under paid seeing she is there 7days a week. Close this place down or pay your employees better and maybe you will get responsibile adults there.

They said they didn’t charge me for my onion rings that am was the very first thing I ordered and I said I twice. Terrible service

Attempted to go into the restaurant to buy a Blizzard. The door was locked and no reason stating why.

My wife and I just had the worst experience at this location. From the beginning the first thing they say is "pull up to the window. " There was no one in line so we were the only ones there. The menu board looks like someone punched it and broke it. When we pull up to the window, they ask what can I get for you, mind you; we did not look at the menu and they didn't offer one. So my wife went online to look for the menu and there was an add that expires today, 8-27-2023, $0.99 chocolate dipped cone. So we got 3, one for me, my wife, and daughter. Then I tell them I want a # 1 with no onions and no tomatoes, dry. I had to repeat myself 3 times, #1, no onions and no tomatoes, dry. She then says OK, do you want ketchup. I reply with, no thank you I want it dry. She then tells me the total is $24. So I ask her how much the cones cost and she tells me that it is $8 for all 3. So then I show her the add and that we saw it on their website and they tell me they do not honor specials or ads. As we're waiting, she tells me to pull around to the other side to wait for my food. Once we get home, the burger has no veggies at all what so ever after repeating myself 3 times, no onions and no tomatoes and it was not dry. The place really looked unprofessional, no uniforms, no name tags, only regular street clothes. The inside looked extremely dirty and boxes everywhere. I hope many people read this and see how bad this location is!

We're went because their website said they had 99 vent speed small cones, only when they charged us and had already given us the cones told us they can't change the price. AND the 2 workers there were very rude and didn't seem to want to take our very small order. We also advised them their website was wrong they said they were closing already when online said they close at 10.
Never going back to this location.

I don’t think I have ever experienced such bad customer service until today. I was screamed at through the speaker and I almost decided to leave. When I pulled up, the employees looked so mad and didn’t even hide their frowning faces. I don’t know what was happening inside but everyone in the car noticed. I hope the service changes for the better. First and Last time there.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. It’s nasty. Ran by alot of kids that have not been trained on customer service. I have never heard of a pre-made banana split. You will never get my business again.

The only complaint I have is how do you go to DAIRY Queen and they say our ice cream machines are down? Lmao really it’s over 100 degrees outside and the most served item doesn’t work lol okk…? Honestly the only good food items here are Tacos or the Burrito.

If I could select negative stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I sat at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes while 1 car waited at the window.

I ordered 3 tacos and a strawberry malt. When I took a sip of the malt I advised that I couldn’t taste the malt mix in the shake. The young lady immediately said it’s in there in a rude manner. She never smiled or anything, she immediately turned back around as she had been ignoring me trying to get her attention.

Finally I got my food and asked for more sauce and the other lady asked did she not give me sauce. I advised I wanted more than 2 packs. When I got home and took a look at my food it was disgusting and I immediately returned to the location. I pulled the door to get in and the same young lady ignored me. Guest were leaving so another lady whom was holding the door said come in politely. Again the angry lady begins to shake her head saying no you ordered that an hour ago, which was not correct. She stated I’m not giving your money back that was an hour ago. I stated that was false and I needed to speak to a Manager. She stated she was.

Another young lady walked over and ask what the issue was and said I have to call my manager and she confirmed it hadn’t been an hour. She called her Manager and my money was refunded.

The entire experience was horrible and the young lady apparently has an issue that should be addressed by Management. Please be mindful that customers can shop anywhere they want and it’s the quality and customer service that makes us return.

I grew up on Dairy Queen in Central Texas. This particular visit sucked aan was very discouraging, so we Ordered meal for everyone within my party taco salad, kids meal, bacon burger combo and a belt bust combo with cheese.not sure if it was the meat or what but i have eating better in a 3rd world (Iraq)
. I just moved down the street I pledge never to patron this restaurant for food.

MY BLIZZARD WAS GOOD THOUGH

Went there at 9: 24pm to get a drink and ice cream, they close at 10 Pm, sat in the drive thru watching the 2 girls ignore us and laugh, so I pull up to the window and the girl looks several times out of the corner of her eye and ignores me and laughs with the other worker so I honk a few times and they bust out laughing and say we are closed I said you close at 10 it’s just now 9: 30pm she said no we close at 9: 30pm and keeps laughing, pathetic how some young people just don’t care, I started working at 15 and always did my best as I was shown to do growing up

They were rude and one of there workers cussed out my grandma and called her the B word and old and her name is minijah and I will never come back.

Sat at the drive thru for over 5 mins waiting. The girl finally came over the speaking saying her conputer was off. I asked another question and she completely ignored me.
