Does anyone in management read these reviews because I don’t see many good reviews at all and doesn’t look like much is changing… The food is horrible! We dined in ordering steak finger baskets and the fries were cold and the bread was saturated in oil and soggy. Charged me an extra $1.49 for onion rings and maybe gave me 5. The 3 boys behind the counter were loud and obnoxious dropping F bombs left and right. Sad part is is the manager was sitting in the lobby and didn’t even bat an eye. That was by far the worst DQ I’ve ever been in. I guess the first clue should have been when I pulled in to the parking lot and we were the only ones there. Won’t be back!

Stopped after a long day out and figured stop for a treat, still have an hour home got a sundae wasn’t offered toppings, and barely had any hot fudge very disappointed literally just paid for a vanilla soft serve, very sad

The Frito Pie was actually a bowl of burnt fritos and very little chili. You should at least get enough chili to cover the fritos. To make matters worse, the chili tasted like soap or cleaning chemicals. I threw it in the trash.

I stopped coming here because they only have good desserts and not good food. Ive tried their taco bowl (i think its called that) and there was no flavor and it was so bland, im not sure if they fixed it but i havent tried it in a while. Their blizzards a kind of expensive and small aswell. The service is a little slow but the staff is not rude and not like super friendly either.

I got the 3 for $5 tacos and was impressed. The tacos were nice and crunchy, great sized and very tasty. I will definitely be getting them again.

Friendly workers very good at smile greeting and telling people to come back n see them. Slow but good service. Was given a 10 percent discount card for next time n I think a 10 percent off this time buy unsure. I came for 99 cent tacos on tues which they don't do here due to food expenses he said. Allen does so I was real surprised. Nice and cool inside store. Store tables stayed wiped down. They don't play music at this one.

Impawsibly good, they get it right erry time. AND THE TOAST! Delish. I highly approve of this location fer the time being. In any state of sobriety. Kudos, y'all.

A new and clean place to eat. I don't usually eat fast food, this time I was not disappointed. Good big burger, couldn't eat it all.

For one the cashier answered there cell phone while taking my order. We spent 38 dollars on 2 number one combo and 2 regular chicken n dumplings. We ate the combos there. The burgers were good the fries were old n cold. We took the chicken n dumplings home. When I opened the cups they were in, it looked like they added a cup of water in each one to fill them up. They were horrible 16 dollars went literally down the drain will not be back to this location again.

The store is very bad service and slow. I just saw how they took the fries with their bare hands, that was disgusting and unhygienic.

My Mom picked up a cake for my Grandma's birthday, she asked for some caramel and fudge to be added and the words 'Mom and Grandma' to be added. How disappointing to see to the absolute lack of care or skill that was put into adding the words onto the cake. If you are not capable of doing it and making it look even vaguely legible or presentable you should have said that! It seems obvious that the fudge and caramel were too warm to stay on the cake. Could someone have mentioned that would be the case? Or is the staff so uniformed they were not aware it would literally melt off the top? I cannot even begin to express the level of disappointment I have with this experience. I would like to point out my mother did not mention anything at the time of purchase because she didnt want to cause a fuss. She paid for the cake and left. It tasted fine. We will not be back nor will recommend this location to others.

Bobby the general manager was very helpful, knowledgeable, helpful, our experience there is amazing.

I will never spend money at this establishment ever again! My "dude" sandwich had mayo on both sides of the bread, but it was so much on both sides it was ridiculous! The service was horrible, when I asked for napkins and a fork, the guy at the window acted like I was asking him for food from his house or money from his account.absolutely terrible!

Horrible experience. Wish I could give zero stars. App says discount on ice cream. Says every location. Dq reward representative confirmed. I wait 39 minutes in line only to be denied the discount. I will make sure absolutely y’all get what you deserve

Went through the drive thru and got steak fingers, fries and Blizzards. Everything was good as expected.

I use the app all the time at this Dairy Queen and take advantage of the great offers until today. The app has a small blizzard for 0.85 but today I was told that they do No participate in these and would not honor. What changed and why? Are usually always order more than what is just being discounted but today I got only my blizzard.

I thought since I had not gone there in awhile good would be better. Had to put fries in the air fryer just to have them crispy and hot. Sad. That's how it is most of the time. Always cold fries. Always. Burger over cooked barely edible. Tomato was nice but that's it. I actually went directly to Whataburger to get fresh fries instead of going back to DQ. Only ice cream next time I guess. I wish I could get my money back but last time I called to get my money back someone told me "since I ate the food issue" "umm I'm diabetic"I needed to eat. To embarrassing to go through that again. Better to buy fries from someone else.

Every time I go there is always employees vaping inside the building! C'mon you can wait on your break to smoke? Also every time I get a dip cone it's all sloppy like it's about to fall over so I tell them to give me a new one and they get an attitude

I even tried DoorDash and they always get my food wrong or forget something
