Overcharged. But besides that was great w plenty of napkins. No inside access due to covid though.

I have been going here for over 30 years and something changed. Not up to the DQ standard. I will never return.

My experience here was awful. The blizzard was too expensive for what it's worth. The workers were rude. Nothing about this place is worth the time or the money. STEER CLEAR!

This is the worst Dairy Queen in Houston please do not go to this restaurant that you want to wait in a long line outside forever and have a rude womanat the window insults you because you asked for a lid on your blizzards

Lady didn't give me treat that comes with kids' meals, had to ask for it. And really struggled to be heard on the drive thru.

I will NEVER RETURN. My food was cold and my taco shells were stale and soggy. Worst 9.00 I've ever spent. Workers wasn't customer friendly either. I couldn't go back because I was on my lunch break. I only gave 1 star because I had too. If anyone goes here NEVER GET THE TACOS or make Sure food is fresh.

They cant hear in the drive thru, so they have redo orders, which makes the drive thru a long wait. Waited 30 mins.

Rude Drive Thru attendants, over cooked hamburger patties, and once again. Rude, disrespectful employees

I went during lunch hour so it was pretty busy but the staff got my order out in a little less than 10 mins so it was ok.

This was the worst Dairy Queen experience I've ever had. I do not wish you ever eat Dairy Queen again.

After sitting at the drive thru window for15 mins they tell us they system is down. Why did they have to wait.

I loved their new family chicken strip basket. Very affordable and about 6 people can eat. Great service.

Ice cream taste fake. More like ice milk. Grand daughter's funnel cake taste old. Hangurgers were great per.my other grand daughters.

Food was hot, but order was wrong. We ordered chicken strips, and got steak strips. If you don't have a basic command of the English language you don't need to be working the registers.

I have always loved Dairy Queen and I will forever love them. But, I think there should be some kind of quality check for your cones. I bit into my ice cream cone today and was highly disappointed at the lack of freshness. The cone tasted like they were trying to get rid of the old ones. If your cones are not fresh, then dont put ice cream inside them. It's rude and disgusting. I'd go to McDonalds if I wanted that.

Worst customer service ever! The cashier with an attitude I had said more then 5 times I wanted ranch for my order and still didn’t got it.never again!

This location is very nice. Completely redone and very clean. Staff was very courteous and even brought our food over to the table

Good food. Sometimes the wait is a little long but never "too" long. Been going there for years

The upgrade over all is nice touch and employees are nice. Just a little Sad to say, it didn't Improve the speed of drive thru severe. It's still the same as it was before and I only ordered ice cream.
