Dairy Queen Store, Austin TX

I just went there and didnt get the drinks I paid for. I tried calling and no luck How do I get reimbursed for what I paid, its too far to drive back rn

Came withy fiance on an ice cream date. Even though there were three police officers outside taking care of an under-the-influence homeless man, this dairy Queen was very clean and very polite.

Everytime I stop in at this DQ the wait-staff are friendly, personable, and the service is fast! My food comes out hot and fresh Every time and if I’ve ever had an issue they have made it right. Love this DQ!

I like this place the ice cream was delicious with chocolate i love it, but too um there were cones on the street and it's not necessary to put them but still i love it!

Everything I had here was fresh and delicious. I def recommend.

Dairy Queen is a great place to eat taco Tuesdays is awesome three crispy tacos for $3 also there dude sandwich is the bomb and I love their crispy onion rings

I have been going to this location for years and have always experienced great customer service, but lately the service I have received from this restaraunt has been excellent!

The food was excellent.everything was so fresh.we have no complaint at all. First time going but it will not be my last. I will tell everybody about it and where it is located. Thanks a lot

The store off Riverside needs a manager that will keep his employees on track and paying attention to customers and orders! I'd rather go out of my way than to go back to this location!

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this excellent restaurant. Well we enjoyed a sensational evening and the restaurant was certainly one of the reasons for the strong meeting. The waiters participated in a lovely manner, the cuisine was tasty and my buddies were so pleased. We shall no dout return for more celebrations.thanks very much.

This DQ has been there forever and it’s still great. It was so clean and the staff was nice, friendly and efficient. Can’t beat a blizzard, dipped cone, and fries for a treat with the kiddos.

Hometown favorite for that special treat once in awhile! Who does not love Dairy queen! I have been going to there since I was knee high to my mama! Still my favorite is a cone!

Ah man that New ice cream cones they have are the Bomb. Dream Sickle as well the Butterscotch got to try them and let me know your thoughts on them.

Came to order some blizzards for a treat. Was greeted by Amaris & Stephen. The order was messed up even though repeated back to me. Once arrived at window then charged me for their mistake & gave me attitude for it. Were very quick & didn't even say hello. Looked discussed with even working there & upon paying for 2 different transactions to get my order correct. Both people did not even give me a receipt or offer me one. I had to pull around front & go inside to ask for a receipt. Then again given attitude as to why I was back & asking for it. I have been to this DQ twice this year & both times the service is horrible & order was wrong. I will not be returning. Need to do something about the staff & overall service.
