14This location was rebuilt quite a few years ago. Everything is new. Everytime I come here they tell me the machine for the moo latte's is broken. So these employees are telling me that they cannot get it fixed or get a new one? This has happened for a couple of years now. I do not believe that!
We always get the highest quality service and food everytime we go and that's almost 2-3 times a week! One specific employee seems to go above and beyond every time as well. Thanx Vic! Keep up the good work!
The little short black lady that works in there running the register is amazing she treat me like gold and Dairy Queen's good my book
One mistake is understandable, but 4x they got my burger wrong the fries were old and forgot to give me my dipped cone. Not only that, not one single employee wearing their complete proper uniform/attire for work. Kitchen was slow and unprofessional with not one single employee with a hair net or cap. The rest of my order got cold by the time i got my burger. Didnt get a sincere appology and the only visible manager seemed unexperienced.
Got my order right, redeemed my reward & very friendly. What more can you ask for. Also restaurant was very clean, bathroom also.

Always great place to grab a meal. Always friendly and even when they short handed they are sweet hearts. Best place.
Took my 83 yr old mother for a chocolate shake, she paid cash and the boy running drive window dropped her change under the vehicle. When I asked him to either retrieve the money or give her the change she is due, he stated "it's only 50 cents". I tried to get her money from under the vehicle but could only find 2 nickels, when I was discussing with her what she wanted to do, a lady with an attitude from the window said I would have to leave the drive, I tried to explain my mom was waiting for her change, she got more hostile saying we needed to leave the window. It is the principle that DQ owes her and did not hand her the change she was due. In these times, to some people 50 cents may be all they have. This sure isn't the DQ I remember!
The service was bad but the cooks in the back were ever worse. When I took my food home I come to realize that my order was all wrong and the girl that took my order didn't even give me a receipt, but to make it worse when I went to take my order back the cooks in the back saw me walk in with my food and started pointing and laughing at me when I was talking to the assistant manager.
I order two Frito burger
They were big well wrap
They taste good. BA no
Fritos they forgot the Fritos
There was another time
They put tomatoes&lettuce
I am going back one more
Time may be they'll get it

Location isn't so great, but the food is fresh and delicious. The service is well above average as well.
I waited today over 15 minutes for a Blizzard. There were only 3 people working in the store. They were NOT busy, at all. After waiting 10 minutes I asked the drive through guy about my order. He just shrugged and went back to taking orders on the drive through. After 15 minutes I asked for a refund. No offer to make it right now, make it right some other way, etc. I had to ask 3 times for a refund. I won't be back to this location.
There's something about this specific DQ that I always run into some issue with not very bright unprofessional staff/managment. Than there's days where I get an awesome employee who knows his stuff! Above all, they need staff who are more aware and able to handle certain situations in a professional manner.all while working on that customer service attitude!
I just went to get a snicker doodle blizzard and I got all the way home and it was plain Vanilla Ice cream with about 3 or 4 pieces of snicker doodle in it this is not the 1st time this has happened they're pretty skimpy with their product
