I wouldn't bring a tick off my dog to this place! Not only are they slow, they are rude and very very disrespectful! This place has gone completely down hill!

The food was good but the girl taking our ordered acted like she was either sick or just not into it. Made me hope I didn't catch it either way.

All of sudden Clarksville Dairy Queen food is terrible! It’s supposedly under new management. After all these years my food has never been bad until recently. My last 2 visits the food was wrong and cold. I’ll be getting my food before I leave Paris @ DQ on the Loop. Hopefully they don’t go under new management and/or downhill!

I'm not happy of there resees blizzard ice cream it's almost vanilla ice cream you can bearly see there resees I complain about it because that's what I ordered every Sunday when we eat lunch

Honestly it was the best drive thru visit I have ever had anywhere! I'm not going to go into detail but the lady on the drive thru speaker had a very interesting way to ask me to wait a moment and I swear it made my day. Thank you whoever you are and literally making my visit the best visit in my history of drive thru service! I will definitely visit you again

I make fan food not fast food was on the lady’s shirt who waited on us! I Just Love it! Don’t rush MY just make it GOOD and that’s what service we got! Outstanding!

Need to change their grease. Everytime I go there the food doesn't taste good. No matter what you get it all has the same old grease flavor which tarnishes the food. Won't be getting anything but ice creame from now on.

I think they have new owners now but I’m not sure. I ordered a meat nachos with jalapeños today and they rarely put anything on my plate and it had hair in it. I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t feel like taking it back.

Sitting in the drivethru for 40 minutes for a tacos and steak fingers is ridiculous. They are losing orders and giving food to the wrong people. They need help. And I’m still waiting on mine. The owner needs to come help them out.

Wow this place didn’t just go down hill it walked right off the cliff at Niagara Falls! 30 minute wait for food. Food was all wrong. But the worst part, how many pickles go on a hamburger? Everyone say 4 with me. How many tomato slices? Every say it with me 2! The meat Pattie’s were over cooked. The Dude sandwich was the temperature of the sun and not in a good way. It’s a chicken fried brick. Supposedly this place is now under new ownership, can we please get the old ownership back? !? !? The pictures don’t do it justice. Just go down the street to McDonalds.

Terrible service.staff was trying to accommodate an employee discount before customers and they couldn't figure it out. We waited 5 min and had to use the restroom.dirty.waited 5 more min and they couldn't make a musty freeze cause the machine wasn't working. Asked if they even had ice cream and they had to check.we left.

I think they must have a new cook. This past Friday on March 25 2022 at 4 p.m I ordered a flame kickin' beltbuster and it was the most succulent best tasting burger I've had in while it was so good I had to let my wife take a bite and she agreed. Give that cook a raise and teach these other cooks how it's done!

Food always Hot and fresh and made to order employees seems to have a good time at work and make the customers feel even more welcoming to dine in, nice clam environment, building needs a little tender loving care or maybe a nice remodel would do great justice.

I'm not even sure where to begin! Not only were they friendly over the intercom and window, but they KILLED it on dinner! Could be the best Dairy Queen experience I've ever had!

After waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes…I was the only one in line, I ordered our meal first…they got it completely wrong. They did correct it by giving us what we had ordered, but they did not refund us the difference. Then, I stood at the counter…once again the only one in line…for close to another 10 minutes to order ice cream. And…they got it wrong. We had a banana split to go, which had to sit and melt while I once again waited at the counter, and she said she hadn’t charged me for the little cup of ice cream for my granddaughter. I explained I had ordered it when I ordered the other ice cream and her response was “that’s $2.26”. For a little cup of ice cream for a 4 year old? !? ! No bigger than an ice cream cone without the cone! Very bad experience.
