25The best onion rings served by a nice crew of ladied. About what you'd expect from a Dairy Queen.
Every time we go, the staff are always slow and severely behind. We sat in line for over 20 minutes for a salad and a blizzard. Our blizzard was partially melted by the time we got it and they didn't even turn it over before handing it to us. Why? Because when we pulled around to the parking lot and partially turned it over we had to catch it from pouring out of the cup. This is one of the worst dq's around.
The young girl at the drive thru was very rude. My husband asked if the next blizzards were free since they did not serve them upside down, As advertised! Her response was " We a franchise so we do whatever we want".
Well. The service was GREAT! And the place was CLEAN! But I can remember when an Ice Cream Sunday " came with " Cool Whip and a Cherry, Well NOW an Ice Cream Sunday only consists of the Ice Cream and the Flavor chosen for the Sunday. THIS IS NOT AN ICE CREAM SUNDAY, but. If you really want you've ordered, that you've already payed for, FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, you can get it. SAD.
Come on if your from the south you know DQ food. What sets one restaurant apart from the next are the employees and the franchisee. This location is hit or miss on courtious employees. One week I was treated like I was the Queen of Texas. The next week I was treated like I was bothering the employees. 2 employees actully rolled their eyes at me because they got my order wrong.
