Idk if it was because I had a recovery load but dock 10 I was in and out also just had bags of powder not traditional tile unloaded in an hour

Update: AFTER appointment time, 1 hr20 to get docked.

They are appointment only, dont even try to show up 1 hr early, they’ll make you leave the lot and there are no parking in the area. If your late by 10-30min theyll boot your appointment. Even they an appointment is at 11am they wont touch the truck til almost 45min after. As well as expect ALL female employees to be rude, especially gate guard.

Been here 8 hrs getting loaded and now I'm loaded and I can't get the paperwork WTH

They don't respect the appointment, it was at 4: 50, it's 10: 00 and they still haven't finished charging me. I've been here for 5 hours and I'm still empty

Worst warehouse ever, arrived by 11: 42am for picking up load, now it's 5: 40 pm & still loading just half truck loaded. Beware from this place. All truck for loading at least 5-7 hours here. Picture attached.

RATHER DEAD HEAD HOME FROM DALLAS THEN EVER PICK UP HERE AGAIN! STAY AWAY

Never come here to load it takes 8 hours to get loaded and then you get 83k lb you have to drive 3 times to scales with tickets and it’s like a sel service here they don’t help you with anything good luck for people who will get loaded here

So, unfortunately looks like there's been some people that had some very unpleasant experiences with this place. But as for me, here's my experience!

My appointment was at 2: 10 today. But from reading all the TERRIBLE reviews, I got myself all psyched up for this place. So I stopped to get fuel first, made sure I had plenty to eat and drink, and arrived they're quite early. The young lady at the guard shack asked for my appointment time. Now mind you, I was there at about 12: 10 for an appointment at 2: 10, No problem! She tells me to go in and check-in at door 9. Got there, backed straight into the staging area, which by the way was plenty of room, I think most of these people who leave these reviews are inexperienced drivers, there's plenty of room to maneuver. So anyway, I went inside and checked in at the kiosk. I walked back to my truck, and within half an hour I got a text telling me to go to door 7. Backed up and now waiting for the nightmare to begin! Within 15 minutes or so the guy started loading my trailer. About 30 minutes after that, I get another text telling me to return to the kiosk to check out! This place was great for me! In & out within an hour 1/2!

Worst place for pickup. I came here at 10 am but my appointment time is 4 pm then I come back at 3 pm and got door at 3.15 pm but they finished loading me by 9.30 pm. Worst. I don’t recommend anyone this place specially for pickup. And try to come at appointment time because they don’t assign door before appointment time or if you wanna come before appointment time then come an hour before but don’t before that.

As usual, I had a completely different experience than everyone else. If you're blind backing into these docks it's because you don't know how to handle your truck. There is tons of room to get turned around to back into any of these docs on the correct side. Check in is super easy but yes do bring your phone You're going to receive a text message that you have to respond to. And your driver's license. I arrived a little over an hour before my appointment, within 5 minutes I was in a dock, and I am already loaded and it's not even time for my appointment yet. Thanks daltile. I was prepared for a nightmare and a loading process was a breeze instead.

There’s no secret why this place has bad reviews. It’s unorganized, parking isn’t that bad, but not the best. Takes FOREVER to get your paperwork, so you can move on with your day. Took about three hours for the entire process, including getting loaded. Probably wouldn’t come back though…

Come here if you want to sit for 4 hours and then get overweight and I'm talking about gross overweight 34 Plus on my drive is 34 Plus on my tandems and apparently this happens a lot because they have a button for it on the kiosk and they're dealing with three overweights right now not only have they wasted my whole day driver beware

Do not show up early if you have an appointment they wont accept you & supposedly they are open 24/5 but receiving close at 4 pm and opens at 6 am

AFTER 3 HRS. I LEFT. 13: 40 APPOINTMENT. THEY TEXTED ME AT 19: 40. PLEASE DRIVERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS IS PARTLY WHY I LEFT AFTER 3HRS. I BELIEVE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN 23: 00 HRS BEFORE I COULD HAVE LEFT LOADED. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT OTR DRIVERS. STAY AWAY!
