Another driver ran a red light and impacted our large SUV causing us to roll over multiple times. Praise the Lord that we came out of it fairly well. However, we did have over 100 doctor, physical therapy, and counselling appointments counting the five members of my family. So disappointed! I was having quite a bit of difficulty with a solar company. I contacted Dale Rose PLLC at the beginning of May to see if he could help me get a response and resolution. During our first conversation, we discussed what was going on and he said that he had had some success in getting resolution for customers with solar companies. He emailed confirmation that he would take my case and asked for some information and documents. My original email back was missing some info (my mistake in reading the email too quickly). I finished sending Dale the remaining information on May 19th. Dale then ghosted me. I emailed him a few time, texted him and called him. I couldn't get a response from him until yesterday. Dale sent me an email saying he wasn't having success with solar companies (direct contradiction of his first conversation with me) and he would not be taking on my case now. I have now wasted 1.5 months thinking I was getting some help. Not appreciated!

Attorney Dale Rose was a Godsend. I was injured in a fall which led to me getting medical treatment and ongoing therapy. I was happy to work with Sedgwick, the insurance company to ensure they cover any losses I incurred because of these injuries. Unfortunately, as we neared the deadline for the statute of limitations, they were less inclined to help in getting my claim resolved. I should give you some background about myself. I have never been injured and never had to get attorney representation, so I did not know where to start. I just know that I needed help and fast. I called several other McKinney area attorneys. The first attorney I called had me explain the story after which they said they were not willing to help me; however, I did get a letter days later indicating that I should find counsel somewhere else because I did in fact have a case. The next attorney never called back after I explained everything via their website inquiry form. I was discouraged at this point and did not think anything was going to work out for me and I would be out of all the medical charges that I paid out of pocket. Enter, Attorney Rose! I called and was able to speak to him directly (not an assistant or a request to fill out a form). After explaining everything. He immediately agreed to take on my case and went to work.
