Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle

Not sure how this Hotel is rated 4 stars. Enjoyed our three day stay. Let me say the appearance of the hotel is very good/clean. The staff we encountered was top notch. Always greeted when we got off the elevator. Room was updated and very clean/bathroom was nice except the shower head leaked and needs replacing. Most TV channels do not work and the ones that do are very fuzzy. The windows and views are amazing. Especially since our last night we watched a storm roll in with incredible lightning. Here were the issues we had. $13-$15 a day for Internet. Not good. Nobody charges for this anymore. Come on. $18 breakfast buffet. It was not that appealing. Possibly $10 and you would get more people to stay instead of driving down the street to eat. The pool was by far the biggest disappointment and one of the main reasons why we booked after looking at photos. Seating is horribly aged and not enough at all for the size of the pool. On one afternoon over 30 guests at the pool and only 10 seats/loungers available. The pool gate was left open by a rock because the key fob would not open the gate. Update the pictures and get new furniture with enough seating to fit the size of the wonderful pool that you have. We would certainly stay again based off the amazing crew you have running your location.

Not sure how they expect 2 adults to sleep in a full bed! No refrigerator in the room, we were put on a list. Pool deck has stuff all over it and the gate to the pool does not work. The air in the closet is colder than the air coming into the room. Food and drinks are way over priced. The staff is nice.

The rooms are horrible. The beds are like sleeping on a rock. Definitely not worth the money. Will not be coming back.

They have removed all in room refrigerators and microwaves. There was not a good air flow in the remove, and thermostat did not work. The furniture was beat up. To top it off they charge for wifi that we could not even connect to. I will not be returning.

I stayed here for an event and forgot to empty a dresser drawer when checking out. I was going from here to another city and needed all those clothes for the rest of my trip. I called the hotel and a man named bill packaged up or things and took them straight to the FedEx hub to be overnighted to my destination. I can't thank them enough. The hotel is nice to.

Very nice beautiful rooms and when I opened up my blinds I was amazed the viewing outside was beautiful. Nice golf course big pretty swimming pool. Breakfast in bed and things to do events every day.

1 star motels have better service. Please do a favor and stay in another hotel. Beds are hard as rock. Employees are incompetent and indifferent. We requested refrigerator in our room due to dietary restrictions, they never send it to our room even after calling multiple times. Loud guests probably due to as wedding parties are hosted here. Bulb is out in bed lamp.

Stayed here many time. Older hotel with a nice lobel and grounds, but also have small issues. Room keys stop working, shower issues, etc.

Stayed here for one night and found it to be very comfortable and inviting. The restaurant/bar was also pretty good.

I travel a lot and would never return here, had to wait for service and reception was rude and not inviting. Beds weren't even comfortable.

Nice place. Clean rooms and easy access to TX motor speedway. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Lots of shops close by.

I really enjoyed staying here with my husband, it is a drive into Dallas but its a nice spot to be away from everyone. The area is great as well with Bucees, whatabuger, chickfila, in and out and a outlet all next door. I would call it a "middle class hotel" it was nicer then most but not to fancy. It looks like a great spot for families too, I saw plenty of parents and kids having fun. All in all great place and great staff, I would stay there again!

Not the standard for Marriott, if it weren't for the beautiful grounds this would have been a 1 rating. No microwave or refrigerator in the room, only 1 to be in a room with 2 beds. Concierge was never open.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Property has a basketball court and pool. The bar at the restaurant is overpriced and the service is slow but other than that it's a great hotel.

Great golf course, very challenging and technical. The greens could have used a trim since the balls ran slower than expected. Will be coming back.

Room was not as clean as should be. The carpet in the hall was torn and a safety hazard. Marriott likes to use your deposit for incidentals as long as possible. 5 days later and no refund which in this case was equal to a nights stay.

Beautiful room with tons of amenities! Walking distance to shopping with Texas motor speedway and food close by!

Nice decor, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar area. I really enjoy the back patio and pool area. Accommodating fitness facilities.

Very good overall. Breakfast was perfect. The chef messed up mine and my colleague's dinners but the waiter was incredibly helpful and nice. Rooms do feel a little dated but still incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay

I enjoyed my stay! Hotel staff is very accommodating. Asked for a refrigerator and was promptly given one. The hotel is centrally located to malls, interstate, etc. Stayed for a week.
