I highly recommend this place. We had scheduled an appointment but went to the wrong building to find this place. Our appointment was at the end of the day and they had closed by the time we got there. The manager Alejandro was so sweet to honor our missed appointment we ran late to for us to come the next morning instead of rescheduling days out. Veronica helped us to process our toddler’s passport application, she was so sweet, efficient, and explained everything.
