Completely honest people who genuinely care for their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to work with you AND be fair in this crazy time and uncertain economy. They are so fair, reasonable, and no sales tactics. Just 100% legit and honest business owners. I cannot RECOMMEND ENOUGH this business for all of your gold (and other precious metals or gems) investments and jewelry needs. I had some jewelry repaired and they turned out wonderful. I thought they was lost, and was unable to be fixed, However Dallas Diamond came through and got me right. If you need your jewelry cleaned, repaired, please go to Dallas Diamond y'all. Great Job they did I will be going back.

I brought my grandmothers ring in on Saturday, it was missing a big diamond and all of the prongs needed to be replaced. This ring has been sitting in a lock box for the past 9 years. In just two days my ring was restored like new. Not only did they fix my ring, they did not charge me for the sizing and welcomed me into the store like they had known me for years.
