I was able to get a diagnosis different from what I was told by my ENT doctor. I will be seeing a specialist to help me with my problem. Thank you.

I was seen by Krysten Whaling. I was referred to DEI by an ENT who had me absolutely terrified I was experiencing permanent hearing loss. I was so scared but as soon as I entered this office I was immediately at ease! From signing in, doing the hearing test to visiting with the doctor I had the best experience! Krysten listened to all my worries, talked me through my fears and I was an entirely different person leaving than when I walked in! My whole outlook on the situation is absolutely different! Thank you guys so much! I can't wait till my next appointment!

I was suffering from vertigo and desperate for help. I had seen other doctors with no success. Dr. Rogers knew exactly what the problem was and treated it immediately with the Epley maneuver. I’m so grateful! I have some vestibular rehabilitation ahead of me, but my life is already better.

The Doctor at this location in particular and the check out receptionist stuff was outstanding. The doctor was very comforting & did her job thoroughly. I am very happy with the service

Best, best, surgeon you could hope for and that is not overstating. If I had to put my life in the hands of one surgeon in a high risk situation, Dr. Peters would be my first choice

I was sent to Dr Peters by my implant company who knew him and his work. When I found out I could be his patient I felt great relief. He has had to repair multiple defects in my ears and problems from another surgeon who was inexperienced and disappointing. I wish I had never had surgery with any ear surgeon other than him.

Also, the people surrounding DR. Peters are committed to excellence as he is. They are great to work with - reliable, good communicators, and sharing a genuine concern for a good outcome for the patients. He chooses wonderful people for his staff. There are no flakes, goof balls, or rude people on his team. He is also very respected, not just by his patients and the implant companies, but by the very people who serve under him as nurses and audiologists and office staff.

It will be a sad day for deaf people when he decides to retire because of his level of skill.

He has improved the quality of my life more than I can say.

I highly recomend Dr Hahn! I got a small piece of a leaf in my ear which caused horrible ear riinging. He did surgery and got it out, which greatly helped reduce the ringing. He has given me tips on how to manage the miner ringing that i still have.

First class operation, quick check in, called for exam room just under 5 minutes, Dr came in less than 3 minutes. Dr is top notch, spot on in diagnostics and treatments. Courteous staff, polite and helpful at check out.

To those who read this, I absolutely assure you that I am submitting this based on the facts, not based on any emotions or feelings. I visited Dallas Ear within the last 50 days. During my phone call for appointment, I stated that I was experiencing XXX problem. They told me that I would go though a hearing test first as a base line procedure (I think for all new patients). I said that would be fine. During online check-in completed 2 days prior, I clearly stated I am going in for XXX problem. On my appointment day, audiologist greeted me and took me to the testing room. I was asked “What’s going on? ”. I explained my XXX problem to the audiologist in detail over 2 to 3 minute conversation and I made clear I didn't come in solely for hearing test. Upon completion of the test, all I was told by an audiologist was that the results are being compiled and Dr. XXX would go over. I've known for years through previous tests at other facilities that my hearing has been damaged. But hearing impairment was not the reason for my visit. I waited in the room. Someone came to check my body temp. That person was nice and friendly. Dr. XXX came in who immediately started discussing the hearing test results and remediation/treatment options. We talked. Then, Dr. XXX was about to conclude our appointment, totally oblivious of the real reason why I was there. I had to bring up my problem at the last minute and I felt very uncomfortable doing so. Shouldn’t the patient’s medical concern spelled out during on-line check-in be relayed to the doctor? Or, do the doctors bother to read or look for any prior communications between the staff & the patient as to what the patients came in for before visiting the patient? If this is not the norm, please don't ask patients to explain during on-line check-in what the patients want to see the doctor for and please anybody else, including the audiologist, don't ask patients and waste patient's time. Dallas Ear, I won't be retuning to your facility.

The overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff and doctor rodgers were very personable and caring.

Our experience of having Dr. Peters yearly visits for checkups is a blessing and we are locky to be his patients.

I would give more stars if I could, Dr Hahn and Team literally changed my life for the better. Went from maybe 20% hearing in my left ear to basically back normal hearing. My hearing test to validate it is in a few months. I’m blown away, so thankful, I couldn’t be happier with Dr Hahn and his team! He gave me my hearing back!?

Even though everyone was nice. It was a waste of time and money. When I called I informed them I had just seen a ENT Dr. Was scheduling for a neurologist to help with my ears dig deeper mri something. Instead they went over my ear exam that had been gone over by the ENT Dr that performed the test.

Excellent care and Dr Rodgers is detailed in his explanations, but in terms that are easy for the patient to follow. I had zero wait time and all staff that dealt with me were extremely professional.

I would absolutely recommend Dallas Ear Institute. The staff is very professional. This was a positive experience for me.

We had a wonderful experience with Dallas Ear and Dr. Peters! Each person we have met from the time we have entered the office to checkout has been so kind, professional and caring. We are so thankful for the very best care our son has received. I highly recommend Dr. Peters!

Everyone that greeted me was very welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond our expectations. We traveled 2 hours to come to this particular office/Doctor. We are so thankful we did. The doctor explained everything and what to expect with my issue. I feel very confident with the whole staff!

Post surgery update:
If I had to do this all over again, I would choose Dallas Ear Institute with Dr. Yoav Hahn and Dr. Caetano Coimbra all over again. They are both outstanding in their field along with their care and compassion for me the patient. If you are thinking about having a conversation with these doctors do not hesitate, they will not disappoint.

Dr Page and his staff are wonderful. Appointments are always right on time, and front desk group is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
