3Staff are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I am disgusted in the experience I have had with this office. Deplorable patient care and total lack of regard for patient's well-being. If you're looking for quality care, go elsewhere.
No stars. Went there to get diagnosed and was told by the DR that the test I wanted had lots of false negatives and wouldn't take it. (I did go to a world renowned clinic after who did the test to help diagnose.) so that was a waste of time. Then, they told me in early 2020 that they owed me $40 refund from overpay. It is January 2022 and they still haven't paid me back. I called to get answers and the office manager, Brian, had NO ANSWER. They haven't cut the check but acknowledges that they owe it. How is that for professional?
I will NEVER trust any doctor at this facility again. I had a persistent infection and the doctor didn’t try another antibiotic. I ended up going to another doctor who helped me.
