I am now recovered enough to leave a review. I had a wonderful experience here, everybody was super nice and it was a very quick process! Abby who is the doctors assistant was especially excellent, she explained the entire process and was very confident in her work and made me feel very comfortable. After my surgery was done they gave me a pint of ice cream which was just the cherry on top! Thank you for making my experience wonderful. I have had many bad experiences in the past with my dental history so I am very glad this was not the case!

I had an incident where I had broken one of my front root canals due to reabsorption and couldn’t get in to see any specialists for a few weeks while it was beginning to get infected. I called DCOMS and was scheduled for an emergency consultation just a couple days later.

I was consulted by my surgeon Dr. Lee and he was extremely thorough with all available treatments and his recommended course of action to get an implant and was even able to get me in for an emergency tooth removal that day to ensure the infection did not spread.

Each treatment was really well done and I knew I was in great hands at this place. Dr. Lee would ask me questions and made sure I knew what the course of the surgery was that day before he would begin.

I am extremely thankful for the great amount of care that Dr. Lee puts into his practice. His professionalism and effort he puts in to making sure you get exactly what you need definitely help put me at ease. It takes a lot of trust to be able to rely on someone to permanently alter how your smile can look but I have the utmost confidence that Dr. Lee did a phenomenal job.

I’m very excited to have my surgical implant now and can’t wait to finish healing so I can get my smile back to normal again.

If anyone I know has a major dental emergency I am always going to recommend Dr. Lee to them.

Dr. Gannon is truly an amazing surgeon, I believe I was a difficult and unique case as I have problems with anesthesia, my wound healing has always been a bit wonky, and they were dealing with an old injury from when I was about 8 or 12 years old (I knocked my permanent front tooth out). I needed a bone graft and then implant. They were able to accommodate everything and Dr. Gannon and his team took great care of me! The implant healed beautifully and is working great, looks great too!

Great experience I was in and out like a flash. I’ve been dealing with wisdom teeth problems for so long and I finally get a chance to take them out and man that they make me comfortable and they were quick and they made sure I was fine and they let me go with a little bit of ice creamhonestly a really nice and pleasant experience and staff is also really nice

Absolutely THE best dental experience I have had in my entire life! I had been suffering from a failed root canal (done by a dentist I shall not name). Dr. Gannon and his staff took care of my needs (xrays, antibiotics, etc) until I was able to get the tooth surgically removed. No pain and aftercare followup with them was great! If there were 10 stars I would rate them at that! I wish they did regular dentistry there too.

I was a new patient at Dallas Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and my experience was GREAT! Dr. Gannon is amazing and so is his entire staff and the entire facility! Aby was outstanding in friendliness and keeping my mind off the procedure. Dr. Lee likewise. Come prepared to tell him the song you want to hear, but you’ll be out of it in 10 seconds! Flawless procedure. In and out in 90 minutes. Was able to have extraction, implant, and completely closed site in one sitting.

I was a patient of Dr. Sherry and Dr. Gannon through the years for infected old implants so had to be removed old implant with bone graft then new implant surgery twice.
Dr. Sherry and Dr. Gannon performed excellent surgeries with outstanding preoperative and postoperative care.
Receptionist, all medical staff was kind and professional to made me feel at home.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at this office. The pre-op appointment was fast and they answered all questions and provided great instructions.

The surgery went very well and the staff ensured good home care medicine and instructions. I called as I was still having pain after a week and they took quick steps to help alleviate this.

Additionally, in our human experience I believe it truly is the little-things that matter! For example, post-op the surgeons will personally call you to check-in and see how you are feeling. In 2023 I find this simple act to be unprecedented when compared to other medical practitioners. Not only this but post-op DOS will send you home with a pint of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream! Plus, a terrific bonus- DOS sends a houseplant, the day after surgery, as a token of their appreciation for choosing DOS!
