3An absolute trash of a pain clinic. The office staff is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. I was scheduled for a procedure, yet told hours before it was not covered by insurance and my appointment had been canceled. I was given no notice. It took days to get a response from their office, if I get one at all. And the clinic itself appeared dirty and unequipt. Do not trust them with your care.
Too many issues with this physician group regarding scheduling and rescheduling appointments. This falls on the Doctors and not on their staff. Accountability, trust and reliability are very important. Patients need to be a priority as well.
Chronic pain has been a part of my life for many years following an accident where I was severely injured after being struck by an automobile while working. The team at the Irving Dallas Pain Consultants office has been incredible in assisting with my pain mitigation/management and has allowed me to lead a relatively active lifestyle while continuing to work. I highly recommend the professional associates at the Irving location!
