Dallas Pro Audio & Tint, Garland TX

So I got a group on for my daughter whose going back to college to have her windows tinted. It took us twice because they had no ability to set up appointments. We were told to bring 8 dollars for tax. I have never paid tax on a groupon like that. If you calculate it that's not the correct tax for the price of the group on. My daughter had her money left over from shopping for her school stuff. So she had a 10 dollar bill. She was told they didnt have change and to just leave the 2 dollars as a tip. When I was asked about a review from group on I wrote as I did above. The response was "lol you so cheap". First of all it had nothing to do with the money. I tip very well for good service but this place was so unprofessional as can be seen from your child like response. I've never had to pay a tax on any groupon and they seemed so rush and kept trying to upsale you a different tint. So it was the lack of professionalism I was dissatisfied with. The tint was good there were several bubbles but I was told that would go away eventually. I used a group on because this is a college car so I dont see why put so much in tinting when you know most college cars aren't there for the long haul. They are there for function not flash. I would not recommend this place just because of their lack of professionalism.

Very unhappy with this service had an appointment on Saturday at 5 he made me wait 2 hours job was wrong, another hour when home tinted glass fell, I had to come back on Monday waited another 45 minutes owner did not care, actually rude about it,! I'm very

DO NOT GET YOUR TINT HERE! They did a horrible job done on my BMW even after going the second time for all the mistakes they did and "redoing" the tint I still found mistakes. They point out life time warranty so much because they will most likely mess up and once you go back all you get is excuses

Now I have to go somewhere else to do my tint right smh

Ya come over here cus this place is the best at window tinting hands down they won’t let you down. They got me in at the end of the day and knocked the car out in less then one hour. I came in looking for pricing and the price was so good I went ahead and did it the same day. The car came out looking really good. No bubbles and and clean job. They gave me a life time warranty that covers everything like pealing and bubbling. Omar was the guy who helped me out when I walked in. Really cool guy and his installers in the back are really good and really fast at what they do. They also do Audio at Dallas Pro Audio & Tint so when I’m ready for my system ima come back here and have them do 2 12” subs with a good amp and box and have them install it cus I want my audio to sound better in the car. I promise I’ll be back with my next car and I will send all my friends and family here to get there windows tinted. Come by and give them a chance they will not disappoint you. 5 stars all the way. I wish I could give more

Really awesome guys. I went to other shops before coming here and the sales guys there felt like a car salesman rushing to show me products before I could even finish saying what I was looking for. I came to Dallas Pro Audio and Omar didn't say a word until I finished saying what I was looking for and what i wanted. Omar went over every item I would need, what the item does and why I would need it, and the price. I shopped around for about a week before coming here. These guys were more professional, got me the result I wanted, and didn't for a better price than any other shop I could find. I highly recommend this place.
