Have rented 2 musical instruments each year (twins) for the past 3 years. Great staff and great service!

We got a violin from a friend and had to replace strings and other things. Not only were they able to quickly take care of us but they took the time to give awesome tips to my 13 year old who is learning violin. They love what they do and it shows.

They were helpful and very professional. I was able to call ahead and confirm they had a double bass suitable for my daughter. Filling out the rent agreement took under 10 minutes. The associate even loaded the instrument in my van because I had my two youngest kids with me. It was worth the drive to this business.

Not the friendliest service. Made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by purchasing their products.

The folks here genuinely love their jobs and set you up for success every time you come to.the store. The ONLY place that I found in the Dallas area that would help me with getting my cello taped. (I didn't have a teacher that would do it for me)

Dallas Strings is a gem of Allen! They are very helpful and courteous, and the price is amazing. Jeff fixed my circa 1850 violin, which sounded really bad and he restored it to its old glory. Everyone I met was very nice to work with from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough. Good selections of instruments, accessories and songs, and their shop is very clean! Dallas Strings is certainly my top recommendation for anything string-related instruments. Thank you Dallas Strings!

They have great rental instruments for beginners, and can make your life easier with great rental prices. The only thing they could do better is make it so long customers could rent instruments.
