Very easy purchase. They were very professional and gave me a fair price on my trade. UPDATE. One month after purchase my AC started acting up. Madison told me to bring it in, they gave me a loaner car, and their garage got it fixed in two days. So nice that they stand behind their cars and do not abandon you after the initial sale!

Do not ever, ever, ever, ever and I mean never go and patronize this business. There is an unprofessional female managing the business. Under no circumstances should a sales person yell at a customer because the customer is asking questions. She is unhappy with herself and rubs it on her customers.

Drove almost an hour thinking we were going to see a whole bunch of trucks on the lot. It was just another used car dealership. We weren’t mad, just very disappointed.

I couldn't give zero stars. There are many dealerships in North Texas to choose from, just don't chose this one! If you need to buy a truck skip this place and ease on down the road. I have had friends that were treated disrespectfully by Madison in particular. No one has to be crapped on when they are patronizing a business. There are plenty of dealerships that will welcome and appreciate your business.

If I rate Zero I would- I haven't come from any bankruptcy whatsoever. Your dealership never pulled my credit report so how did you know I came out of bankruptcy? That is not a correct statement, none whatsoever. Please get your story right. I was asking a question since I didn't want multiple pulls of my credit report. Your statement is incorrect, it may be a different not me. The salesman never pulled my credit report; therefore, you do not have a record of me visiting your establishment. Please stop making up stories this is the reason why customers should stay away from your dealership. When you are making up stories to justify Madison's unprofessionalism when she proceeded to yell at me because I questioned her soft credit pull process. Please, get your narrative right. Remember you don't have a record that I was at your dealership but now you are stating I had a bankruptcy on my report when you never pulled my report. It's a shame. Horrible Dealership

Madison Madison Madison! The only person I will EVER BUY A CAR FROM. Where can I even begin? ! She’s honest, amazing, and just a wonderful person to be around. I bought a 2018 Camaro SS from her in October and when I went to look for something with better gas mileage I went to see her immediately. She got me into a beautiful 2020 Mazda 6. She knew exactly what I wanted and got my payment even lower. I send everyone and anyone to Madison.

We shopped around the Dallas area and after getting the run around from multiple places, we were so happy with how easy this Dealership made our purchase. Thank you to Jason and Madison for helping me get into my new car, you are the best!

Madison is rude and unprofessional. On the day I came, she argued with her sister outside while customers waited on her (at least 1hr) to assist them. I purchased the car Saturday, lot is closed on Sunday. On Monday morning, I called & expressed a LIST of concerns about my vehicle & she didn’t bother to listen so I decided to return. I said I would be able to return on Wednesday due to work. She said okay. Then, they asked me to bring the car Tuesday. I declined bc that is not what I agreed to & would have to request off work. She then proceeds to call me on Tuesday while I’m at work & threaten me to bring the car back by 5pm today “or else”. I left work early to return the car but before I came in I called Jason, the “GM” who actually works in the service department. He made excuses for them being rude saying everyone is frustrated but I’m not sure what they’re frustrated about when I’m the consumer. Definitely a complete waste of time & energy. They were just mad because I returned their overpriced lemon. Terrible service. Terrible inventory selection. Terrible lot over all. Don’t bother!
