Customer service and inside sales were outstanding. Hard to find grout colors readily available and technical service second to none. One of my new go to places for tile installation products

Daltile has turned into a rotten, no good, unhelpful, poorly run store. Joseph took his sweet time even acknowledging me even though I was the only person in the store. After detailing what my needs were Joseph could only produce one recommendation and no sample of the product. When I pressed him for details about the Stepwise tile on the Daltile website he appeared clueless. Save yourself some time and frustration - head to Emser Tile at 11355 Rojas where the people are helpful and know their products. I am not affiliated with Emser in anyway. I simply dissatisfied with Daltile and hope to save others from the experience I had.

I work in the healthcare industry and understand the process of being cautious of temperature check. But don’t turn us away when you have us waiting out side for 10 minutes in 96 degree weather while you take your precious time in unlocking your door. Did you really expect our temperatures to be cool and breezy? Very poor care for customers, will definitely not return here! Highly recommend for you to change your process or you’ll be losing more customers.

I purchased a home in December 2018 which had tile from Daltile. After move in we noticed our tile had little bubbles and cracks throughout the home, on the shower walls, and the dog shower. Our builder went back to Daltile to see about correcting the issue. In about Nov 2019 Joseph, who introduced himself as a manger for Daltile, came to our home to look at the situation, take video, and ask us to wait until Feb/March 2020 to have the issue corrected as he needed to wait for the new budget, we agreed. When we did not hear back, we contacted him to find out what was going on. Joseph was extremely rude. He made claims our builder did not want us to select different tile although our builder had already agreed for us to select new tile and why would we want the same defective tile installed? Joseph requested to come to our home and have a contractor come out and look at the area, I informed him I did not want him at my home and requested my builder be present at all time as Joseph was very unprofessional. However, Joseph did not respect that and still sent out contractors to our home, which we did not allow in. Joseph ended up sending a contractor to install our tile and the installation is so bad part of me wishes I had kept the defective tile. The floor is uneven, area's are significantly higher, some areas have grout, some area's have large grout area's, they left areas without tile. The contractors were also responsible for moving our furniture out of the home, this was agreed to with Joseph, well they damaged furniture, actually broke my dryer, and even made a hole in my wall. I want to be clear, Daltile paid for the installation of this tile. To make matters worse, when we discovered the tile on our bathroom walls was also defective, Joseph only wanted to replace a row of tile, even after being told by a contractor it would not look right. Joseph is extremely rude and unprofessional and sadly he is a representation of this company. I would never recommend anyone do business with Daltile considering the service Joseph provides. I have attached two images but I have plenty more I would gladly provide.
