7 I drove a half hour on a Saturday to pick out tiles for my remodel. Arrived within posted store hours, and no one is here. No one is answering the phone or ringing the doorbell.
Massive waste of time, I guess I’ll be shopping somewhere else.
Wonderful showroom and staff. Kennedy (manager) and Austin were so thoughtful and helpful. Kennedy promptly ensured patrons were assisted upon entry, and Austin was informative and guided us with thoughts and selections. Both provided relevant and helpful feedback, and we departed with samples that were available in-house and also available through delivery. We look forward to making our final selections!
Working with Melissa was an absolute joy. She took time to help with my bathroom remodel (lots of time, samples, helpful hints). I am a fan of Daltile and of Melissa.
Setting up a design appointment here was a breeze. They gave us their fullest attention for two hours and even offered snacks. Left with samples, references for installers, and a quote on materials. 10/10 would recomend.
Now with the new staff in customer service the service is more efficient

Great displays and extremely helpful! I didn't know about this showroom except that I was picking up tile ordered online. All the employees I dealt with, from online to in-store were personable, friendly and extremely helpful. Any future tile projects and I'm going to Daltile.
