Surprised at all the bad reviews. I have had nothing but good luck with Damron's, very friendly, and most important, local.
Went in with my wife, looking for a new pistol, was ignored for upwards of 10 minutes. Made 4 trips around the store browsing. Was never addressed or acknowledged.walked out thinking, yeah, they dont want or need my business. On to the next store.no i wont return, thanks but i FIRMLY BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unhappy customers mean a failing business!
Used guns priced higher than new guns! Sales staff rude! Waste of time entering this establishment!
I had a shipping report emailed to me on the 3rd of July. Typically there is a quick return call from the FFL holder Damrons. I called to check the order after waiting two days, then five days and finally on the 7th day of waiting I called and forced them to check the back. They reported that it was available and ready for pickup.
The reason for two stars is that for ordering they are friendly +1, for amicability when picking up +1. For not taking responsabilty for their error, that to me, is a mistake. Not attempting to re-reach me after a supposed call should be a policy change to avoid future delays and increase customer satisfaction.
I will be considering using one of the many other companies in Amarillo for my shipments.
