Dr French is great. The office could improve on call backs though. Really don’t know any dr office that couldn’t improve on their follow up calls.

Dr. French is one of the best in DFW. He always makes we feel right at home with each visit, really cares about my health and well being, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Urologist.

Great Dr. He listens and addresses concerns as required. And I've never waited more than 10 minutes in the office. Few Dr.s show that much respect to their patients in this day and age. Don't hesitate to book with him.

I am always treated extremely well and I trust Dr. French completely. I would recommend him to anyone.

My only complaint is that any unknown person in the exam room while I'm conferring with the urologist must absolutely be introduced. Not to do so is rude and disrespectful.

I first went to Dr. French to help my wife and I conceive our first child through a procedure called MicroTESE. He and his entire staff were completely professional, answered all my questions, calmed my fears and the procedure was a complete success with a very quick recovery. We welcomed our child shortly after and when we made the decision that she would be our only child I didn't hesitate to think of any other doctor for my vasectomy. Recovering now from that (in office) quick and minimally painless procedure. Day 2 and I'm already up and walking around (slowly.lol) and feel great. Thank you Dr. French for taking such great care of me and helping grow our family! I will not hesitate to recommend any friends & family to you in the future.

My husband had an appointment scheduled for May 19th, 2023. We waited well over a month for this appointment, both took off of work, made calls to insurance, worked on getting medical history sent over, etc. The staff text me to let me know it was cancelled the NIGHT before the appointment. Never once did they apologize or act like there was anything wrong with it. I totally understand stuff comes up, but then they proceed to offer us the ‘next available’ appointment that is over a month from that date. I’d assume they would offer priority availability and booking to patients whom they cancel on so last minute with no apology or explanation. Since Dr. French was spoken of so highly, I decided to look past it and book another appointment for September 20th, 2023. Once again, we both take off work. They just text me again (September 15th) to let me know, it too, would be cancelled. I thought it was a joke, honestly. The nurse this time did offer an apology, but yet again- the next appointment they could offer was now October 8th… The explanation I got was that, “No one would be available to see us. ” Isn’t that the point of an appointment? I questioned as to why I was able to book if no one would be available. She claimed he was available when we booked the appointments, but conveniently wasn’t right before both appointments. As stated previously, I am really understanding- but they didn’t offer a valid reason for either appointment being canceled. Needless to say, I won’t be making another one- but, I’m really disappointed as I was looking forward to being seen by Dr. French since he has such amazing reviews.

Today Tuesday September 5,2023, I called in and talked to a staff member and she cut me off purposely while I asked her to spell the name of the new medication Dr. French just prescribed and I have not gotten it since my visit with Dr. French on August 21,2023. Very disappointed with a lady in Dr. French's office.

Dr. French is patient and listens to whatever needs or concerns I may have. He never makes you feel rushed or unappreciated.

I need to have my prescription refilled. I need to have my prescription refilled Sedano fill.

Dr French is beyond the best very compassionate listens to what's going on so willing to help.nursing staff is very good but Dr French is unbelievable very compassionate

Dr. French is a great Doctor. We have great discussions about my health and what needs to be done to improve it. I have started recommending to my friends.
