Robert has been servicing my HVAC system for 2 years now, and he has always been courteous, professional, and thorough. Most recently, he replaced the evaporator coil for my system. The whole process, from scheduling, to ordering parts, to performing the service was clearly communicated. Robert clearly explained the reasons for the replacement, showed me pictures of the problem, and provided a less expensive alternative that, under better circumstances, might have enabled us to delay this replacement for a longer time. The repair took longer than expected, but Robert let me know what he was doing and what challenges he was facing, and he ensured the process was completed and cleaned up before he left. I'd highly recommend Danco, and especially Robert, to anyone in need of HVAC service.

They mis-diagnosed my home ac system and over pressurized it causing my compressor to die costing me thousands of dollars. The worst part is when I called to let them know what happened they were rude, completely denied it, barked about their years of “experience”, and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. Worst business interaction I have ever had. Do your self a huge favor and call anyone but Danco.

There was no leak. The evaporator coil was clogged which your technicians failed to check. I declined to have your guys check for a leak because your technician complained that the company would charge me $300 dollars for them to use their personally purchased leak detecter tool. Also, there was no leak so why would I pay you for more services I didn’t need. Everything about your services were extremely unprofessional, so forgive me for not wanting to work with you anymore. I called another company out and they cleaned the evaporator coil which was the actual issue, then had to remove the freon your company put in because the system was over pressed. The high side pressure was bouncing all over the place and couldn’t regulate because of it. I paid you for services that weren’t actually needed due to incompetence then had to pay another company to undo the damage your company caused.

These guys did a great job when responding to our need to repair an A/C unit that no longer was blowing cold air. The staff was thorough, had great communication, and the cost was fair given the work done. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area look for HVAC repair or replacement work.

We discovered our AC went out late on a Thursday afternoon. Danco sent Mitchell out the same night, even though it was after 5pm, and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. They did have to order the part, so it wasn't fixed immediately, but they worked hard to get the part in and fit us in the schedule as quickly as possible. After fixing the system, Mitchell stayed for a while to make sure the system was cooling properly. He was very friendly and professional.

Great service and communication. We also appreciate being offered to save money through a membership plan rather than paying higher price for one time maintenance. Fixed quickly at a fair price, no complaints.

Requested service on Tuesday, late afternoon, service tech Robert Westmoreland showed up first thing Wednesday morning as promised. Wanted repair work on older downstairs system installed years ago by another firm and routine maintenance for the new upstairs system that Danco installed fall of 2020. Roger is a really thoughtful, customer-oriented guy and ran the various options for repair only, diagnostic only, repair plus maintenance agreement (Comfort Care) etc.etc... About 4 different scenarios according to benefit and cost. The best option was obvious to me due to the clear way he laid it out. I would definitely recommend Danco to anyone considering a new system, or maintenance / repairs. And specifically, I hope they send Robert next time - I really feel like he was working on my behalf to deliver the best service with the lowest cost. I AM REALLY IMPRESSED. To Robert's supervisor - I hope you read this - and I hope you let Robert know I ratted him out for great service. Looking at all the other reviews - looks like my experience is pretty much the norm for them. Way to go Danco. Tell your techs their courtesy attentiveness is really important to us customers. It's not just management "blah-blah-blah, ya'll need to do a good job" yakety-yak.)
