4Dr. Kelly called me to check up on me and see how I was doing. He is concerned about my health and takes good care of me.
This physician had such a condescending attitude and would not listen or discuss a medication I wanted to talk to him about, but instead ordered it and had his nurse call and didn’t respond back to my questions about it. I am a medical professional as well and due to my bad experience with him I neglected to go to a doctor for TWO years! Dr Kelly is great if you don’t want to discuss your health and collaborate with your health care provider but instead have some tell you what to do.
Round Rock ARC provides great care. As a matter of fact, I had only have good experiences getting care for myself and my children including immunization at the ARC in Round Rock, Hutto, Cedar Park and Far West, so all the locations are probably great!
Dr Kelly was first my and my husbands doctor and we liked and appreciated his care so well that we trusted him to become our family physician. He sticks with you and you don't have to worry about falling through the cracks. If a referral is given we have learned to trust the referral as they are highly qualified and a good match. Highly recommended.
