The doctor is world class. Knowledgeable and explains everything to you, some of the staff is a bit rude though. Called and spoke to Christina just wanted an estimate for potential surgery and she started giving attitude right from away from picking up the phone and shouted at me for calling in to get get a rough number for surgery from the doctor for an ACL tear. All she had to was say she couldn’t give me an estimate instead of behaving that way

After being told by a local doctor for several years that I had Arthritis I sought a different doctor. The previous wanted me to rehab the shoulder he had already sent me to rehab for. Dr. Romanelli found a tear in my labrum and bicep tendon. His staff was very patient and kind with me even though I have some trauma w doctor’s offices due to my previous bout with cancer. After surgery he sent me to Physiosports w Dr. Joey Cadena whose staff was amazing.best I ever had. All in all this was hands down the best surgery and post recovery I have had in the Valley. He says he’s the best and I believe it too. I am now constantly referring my co-workers and family.

Dr.listens to his patients and is very thorough in his work and communication. Feeling good as new after four months of tearing my left bicep on my arm.

Dr Romanelli was referred to me by a coworker, she spoke very highly of him and he did not disappoint. I had rotator cuff tears on both my shoulders. He did my left shoulder first back at the end of March of 2022. It turned out to be a massive repair. He did an amazing job! He sent me to therapy at DPTSI which was another amazing experience with care. Dr Romanelli waited for me to get full rage motion, and four months later he repaired my right shoulder which also turned out to be a massive repair. On January 17,2023 I returned back to work with full range motion on both shoulders. I am very grateful for all of his care, on each follow up visit he was very pleasant and caring. I have been “bragging” that I had the best surgeon in the valley. I thank God he came to the valley. All of his staff is very nice and caring too. I highly recommend Dr Romanelli!

Dr. ROMANELLI is amazing and takes care of his patients. He preformed surgery to repair my torn rotor cuff and cleaned out miscellaneous tissue buildup. He is with you every step of the way. Also his staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

WOW! All the reviewers were absolutely right with the 5 star rate. Yesterday I was seen for severe pain to my shoulder. He said X-rays show a little arthritis (not bone on bone yet) and bursitis (inflammation). He injected cortisone and prescribed a pain killer and therapy. I was just real impressed with his kindness and care for me. Wish I would have known him years ago since my shoulder suffering. I totally recommend this doctor and all his staff starting with the office staff and up to the nursing staff. Dr Romanalli is gold to the RIo Grande Valley. Very pleasant MD, makes you feel comfortable. Torn ACL and busted meniscus. Dr Romanelli repaired it properly and I'm thankful for what he did. God bless science and God bless doctors for all they do for us.

I don't know what would happened to my son if we do not get to meet Dr. Romanelli. Dr Romanelli and staff are top notch. Had an almost complete rotator cuff tear and a bicep tear. Dr Romanelli explained my condition well and what the surgical procedure would entail. Glad to say my recovery has been awesome and throughout, all my questions and concerns were handled to my complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

After a month and a half, Dr. Romanelli was able to repair my distal bicep tendon rupture. After two doctors and time passing by Dr. Romanelli had the experience and knowledge of repairing my arm even after all that time had passed by. Dr. Romanelli salvaged my arm and helped me get back to work.

Performed a very good ACL surgery and my knee, 4 months later, is already strong and healing very well. Excellent surgeon, highly recommend.

Dr. Romanelli is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He has the kindest, most patient bedside manner. After my shoulder surgery I was worried about not being able to go back to my regular activities. Not only was that not true but I was back to my old self in less than 3 months.

I called yesterday morning to try and setup an appointment for my knee injury. The staff here and Dr. Romanelli have helped me in ways I’m grateful for and saw me the same day and advised I need surgery in a week. I feel like I was highly valued by the staff and Dr. Romanelli. Also, there is minimal wait times. Highly recommend this practice.

If I could give Dr. Romanelli more than 5 stars, I would. I dislocated and broke my ankle (Tibia and Fibula) in a freak accident in June 2022 and was referred to Dr. Romanelli by a friend. During my first appointment with him, he was very direct and did not sugarcoat the complexity of my injury, the surgery or my recovery - but his demeanor was calming and reassuring. I knew I was in good hands, and I felt at peace after that meeting. The surgery turned out to be much more complicated than originally thought, and I thank God that it was Dr. Romanelli who performed the procedure as opposed to any other surgeon. Recovery has been on point with the expectations he set for me in the beginning of the process, and I am gradually getting back to normal. I am very grateful to Dr. Romanelli and his staff for the attentiveness and care that they have shown me throughout this process. Dr. Romanelli is a consummate professional, an extremely competent and capable surgeon, and a true gentleman, and the Valley is incredibly fortunate to have a surgeon of his caliber serving our community.

Great doctor did surgery on my right knee after acl and meniscus tears and now it is back to normal. Highly recommend!
