Came today and kola and keren had a smile in their face during the visit they guide us thru and made our visit perfect.

YOU GUYS I LOVE THIS PLACE!
My hubby wanted to get me a ring for our 1 year anniversary & valentines so we went to Daniel’s since we heard they have financing.
We were blown away by the incredible — INCREDIBLE customer service from start to finish & even AFTER we left (details to come).
Whitney helped us find the perfect ring. It is stunning & was in our price range (~$1,400). She broke down the payment options & helped us get approved for a great monthly payment plan. She was funny, relatable & she also didn’t make us feel bad about not being able to throw down $2,000 on the spot! I’ve been to MANY jewelry stores & anytime I ask them about financing there is this stuffy attitude that I get from the employee. Whitney did not do that AT ALL which made the experience dang near perfect.
We left & I was the happiest person on earth.
About 5 minutes later, I got a phone call from Whitney stating verbatim “Hi Amanda. I’m so sorry but I think I was just so excited for you that I forgot to mention you qualify to get ANOTHER item for a penny so be sure to come back & claim your item. ” My husband & I were in shock. She didn’t have to do that — could’ve kept that merchandise in the box to have someone pay full price but she was HONEST & made sure I got everything I paid for. Amazing!
When we went back Whitney wasn’t there anymore but the manager (I believe) & the other employees were just amazing. They helped me find the perfect pair of diamond studs & they helped my husband pick out a watch for a later time.
I cannot get over how much I love this place. GO TO DANIELS!

I highly recommend! Cheap prices real diamonds (tested them on request) and great customer service! Got helped by Gaby, it was only her second day but she was efficient! Helped me find what I needed, along with the entire staff for my v-day gift! I think i found my new jewlers!?

I have to say I dont really go out my way to leave a review but I will this time. I went to plenty of jewelry stores in the mall and was very confused when I left each one. The customer service that I received in the other stores was like hurry up and buy or they was not trying to help me find what I really want. So I walked in Daniels
And Whitney was very friendly and polite you can tell she liked her job and wanted to help me find something special for Christmas. We searched a few pieces and I finally found 1 that I liked. It was a lil bit more then I wanted to spend so she worked her magic and was able to get me a great price. She really made my day. So this is a store that will always get my business. Kola was great too. She was willing to help and give her opinion on what I should buy as well and that it looks good. They both had great convo and was both great spirited people. Thank you for everything.

I had the best experience here. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Whitney and Ghita (i hope i spelled that right) did not stop trying to get me approved and i walked out of there with a very affordable and beautiful ring.

Ghita at Daniel’s is truly a gem herself! She has the best personality, and she was extremely informative helping my Fiancé pick out a ring for me. The service at Daniels is absolutely amazing. The workers are nice and are willing to help you out. I went in trying to get my girlfriend a promise ring for Christmas and I was on a low budget. Zola did everything she could in order to help me get the ring I wanted. It is a friendly atmosphere with great people working.

I went to the Daniel's Jewelers in The Woodlands Mall. Sharon A was so helpful! She found the wedding band that fit my ring perfectly. I had gone to 5 other jewelry stores that had told me I would have to get a customized wedding band made to fit my ring. Customized rings start at $1200! I got my ring for $650. I am beyond happy with my ring and the service I received. I will be back to purchase another band for our 1 year anniversary! Thank you Sharon!

I have been a customer of Daniel's for years. I started dealing with them since the days I used to live in San Diego, CA. So, I was pleasantly surprised that they are here in Texas now. I went in to check things out and walked out with a few items. Ghita, the Manager for this location, did an outstanding job of making my Wife and I happy with our selections. She was very patient while I was trying to decide what I wanted. Normally it is my Wife who is the picky shopper. And my Wife was already pre shopping for her next purchase. We will be back!

My Partner and I had a great experience here. I bought a watch for him as a gift and had no idea how or where to get it sized! Yvonne was so kind and took care of it for us! I work in customer service and I highly value friendliness and being treated like a human being when navigating unfamiliar waters (for me the jewelry store environment) Thanks again to Yvonne and the rest of Daniel’s associates! We will definitely be returning here in the future.
