The washing machine did not open and I was looking for someone that worked there to help me. There were two ladies seated that were talking and didn’t offer any help not even when I went up to the registry. I spent 15 minutes trying to get my clothes without any of them helping till I saw a guy that helped me. But one of the ladies got up to help another customer. Horrible customer service. It’s such an easy job yet this people still screw it up. I’d suggest hiring more competent people who aren’t busy gossiping and rather help the customer.
