2 Too complicated to get into details but after 25 PLUS years, no contacts, no review of your coverages, inefficient/no review of your coverage. Very poor agent only wants your premium, not concerned with anything except premiums. (You will get a cheap baked potato four your birthday) Recommend any Agent over this premium collector.
UPDATE. Partial reply from this agent below. Remember he has a 4.3 rating with only 26 reviews but tells me some people can't be pleased.
