We had a previous roofer who spent two years trying to fix our flashing issue with water coming in "somewhere around the flashing/Chimney". They failed after many attempts but Dans fixed it first time in less than a day. On this basis my first call if i need any roofing will be to Dans. Great job from very knowledgeable and nice people. That cannot be said for all Roofing Companies. Cannot speak more highly about them. Our sanity was saved that now we need no buckets in the loft and worry about rain coming in everytime it rains.

Dan's and the whole staff did a great job on our roof. They even found and corrected mistakes by a previous company! Kimmy let me know the stages of the project and they did it on time and as quoted.

They will get my business again!

Hail storm was on our hard roof after Dan's evaluation we need it replaced. They provided a reasonable replacement cost with improved materials. They were prompt and on time and did a excellent job. I would recommend Dan's Roofing to anyone

What a pleasure it was to deal with this business. The young lady who took my information over the phone was pleasant courteous and never spoke down to me although I had a million questions. I am totally comfortable recommending 100% this company. I would ask anyone to talk to Kim or kimi in the front in order to arrange your appointment and the work you want done as she is extremely knowledgeable about the roofing business. Excellent company and this young lady is especially a true asset to the company and great at customer service.

Well, unfortunately KB homes used Dan's Roofing and Construction, my 2 year warranty ran out with KB homes and they told me I needed to contact the people that did my roof. So, I closed on a brand new home in July 2016, and 3 years later under windy conditions of less than 30 mph my shingles come off. Apparently they say there is no warranty on their work, they ignore my phone calls, hang up on me, make fictitious appointments that are not kept. How is it that manufacturer gives you 25 year warranty on their product and clearly says resists 60 mile per hour winds but comes apart at less than 30? That lets you know what a Half @$$ job was done, hire the cheapest labor out there, makes wonder how it even passed inspection, how much was that bribe to inspector to have such poor quality pass inspection?

We had a hail storm roll through our neighborhood and beat up our roof. We had Allstate Insurance and everything went pretty well. I’m glad I had good insurance. A friend recommended Dan’s Roofing so I called them. A nice lady named Kimmy answered the phone and helped me out. I have no idea how this stuff works so she walked me through the whole process. She must have spent 45 minutes with me on the phone. Three days later I had a new roof. I was already happy, but then a supervisor came out to check the roof himself and to make sure my wife and I were happy. I would highly recommend Dan’s Roofing.

Due to a bad storm, we had some shingle damage on our roof and were advised to call DAN’S ROOFING CO. I called them and briefed them in on the situation. They said someone will be out Thursday, can fix the roof, go back to the office and send an invoice. I told them I’d like a call before they head out towards me and that I’d like to speak to the guys in person so I know how much I’m paying for fixing our roof. Since they told us they’d be out at our place on Thursday, I decided not to go into work as this was urgent. The day passed by and no one called. I called Friday and the secretary said that the roofer guys called us and we didn’t answer and I told her this is not true. Sometimes service can interrupt and I understand so I asked why the guys didn’t leave a voicemail as the number could be a telemarketing number or any random one. She had no answer. I asked for Kimberly but she wasn’t in. So the secretary said she’d call the guys, follow up, and that they’d call back. Once again, I came home early from work and no one called or came. Today, I called and Kimberly was there. I briefed her in and she said we weren’t interested and I said this is FALSE. After everything, I have no reason to say such things. I told her the roofers could’ve left a voicemail or even followed up. She BLATANTLY called me a LIAR, told me to find someone else and HUNG UP ON ME. This company absolutely, unequivocally is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with and KIMBERLY, who knows nothing about customer service and etiquette and lacks manners, had extremely rude discourteous behavior, lacked follow through, unfulfilled promises, lies and other deceptions.
