Go to Raul for a quick clean fade! If you need someone reliable for appointments he’s your guy. He really cuts the fastest out of any barber I’ve had and my hair isn’t easy to cut.

Have had multiple messed up haircuts here. From 4 different people. One of their guys here had messed up 3 times bad. It's a school? I've made 2 appointments and made a 30 minute drive there and no body text me that they left or not.

I walked in I'm a female I asked the guy at the desk if he could layer and then out my hair he went and talked to another guy the guy took one look at me and said no no no we can't so it's not a female thing because there were two female sitting there waiting to get their haircut it's a white and that's unacceptable

I used to come here once a month over 1.5 years ago and decided I wanted to get a cut here again. I remembered why I stopped coming. Had an appointment at 2 pm and when I show up my barber was leaving. Just said sorry I have to leave now, somebody else will attend you. Waited for another 15 minutes to get attended, and it was an inexperienced barber. I ended up with a bad cut and wasted time. Don’t come here expecting good customer service or them respecting your time.

I schedule with jay and he stayed past 8pm (closing time) for me to get my haircut, really nice of him. I liked the haircut, will be back here to request him again for my next cut.

Took my kids with Daniel and they loved him! He was patient with them, did a great job, and welcomes you with so much warmth! 100% recommend!

Cool clean place. I always go with Fade Father. I use to go to super cuts but never again! And I got lucky that night. Definitely going to keep going back. Thanks Fade Father Jess.

Lucky does a great job cleaning up a beard, whether you are just starting, or keeping a long Grey one.

I have been visiting the Plano location for some time now and have decided Noah is my barber. I pride him in asking questions when I come in for an appointment. The one thing he does not do that I have experienced with past barbers is check his phone periodically. This tells me he is focused on my needs and that is what is important at that time. If you do not have a regular barber I recommend you check him out. Classy spot, beverages offered, and great service.

First time coming here I asked for a low skin fade and my barber went way to high up on the fade! Making my sides rounded like crazy! The fade was okay no compliant a bit the fact it went way high up is alarming! The shape was way to rounded that it made my face round as hell! Coming from the east coast I already know what to look out for and this wasn't it.

So for the record I used to cut my hair here with a barber who is no longer there named Pico. I moved to plano for about 1 year and was going to the plano location with a guy named Gabriel. If I'm not mistaken Pico left and so did Gabriel from both locations. I never had an issue with them they were professional and kept every appointment I set with them. I moved back to Garland, TX and I decided to start going back to the garland location. I started going with Steve who cut my hair the first time and did a decent job. Before I left he gave me his card and I tipped him happily. After that day I booked with him about 5 times. He cancelled 4 of my appointments i made with him and told me to come at a other time. There was two occasions where he said he left early. At this point I was upset because I have a really busy schedule and I have to literally carve out time of my day to get a haircut. Everytime I schedule an appointment I expect that the appointment will be met and I dont have to work around a barbers schedule since I'm the one paying. Since Steve kept canceling I decided to give dapper barber another shot so I booked a RANDOM barber that had an available appt for today at 8: 45pm and their system paired me with Jay. Literally 3-5 minutes after setting the appointment he texts me a message in all spanish, (which I don't know what gave him the impression I don't speak English I'm probably more American than Donald Trump) and said that he forgot to take himself off the schedule for the time that I scheduled my appointment for. He offered to cut my hair the next day but I literally had no time for the that day so I told him (in english) that I would just cancel the appointment and he just responded "so sorry bro. " I came to the conclusion that the people here are literally just after the IG clout because the very first time I cut my hair with Steve he took about 10 minutes recording videos for his Instagram stories. I also realized that the barbers have no respect for the times that are posted for their online booking calendar nor respect for the customer's schedule. I have no idea why they would even have a calendar to schedule an appointment if the barber is too incompetent to keep their own times that THEY show themselves as available on their site. Wasted time, and energy scheduling if you do decide to go here after reading this review just show up to the place. Don't schedule online that way the barber can't deny you a haircut. Completely unprofessional. You've been warned ️

Don’t go there if you don’t have an appointment, they will literally watch you sit there and not update you or anything. Apparently waiting over an hour is ok and normal, save your money and find a better place.

Everything is great, great place, the barbers have very good manners, they are all bilingual, so it's really good, the price does pay off the haircut, and they do everything very carefully so I do say this barber shop is great, I definitely do recommended.

Great atmosphere.talented barbers. Only draw back is the appointment system. I arrived 15 minutes early barber was not. Still got a perfect haircut from another talented barber but labeled a " no show" on their third party appointment book. Still has my business but will pay close attention to the booking system in the future.

Bad bad music. Barbers cussing. Late to appointment. Other than that haircut on point. No issuesssss

A little pricey, but you KNOW you'll walk out with an amazing cut. These guys are better than the Boardroom.

I had made an appointment and my appointment was confirmed. When I arrived at the shop, I asked for my barber, he was no where in site. One of his associates told me that he had stepped out and would be back. I waited for over an hour with very little communication with anyone. Eventually I left, my barber or the shop did not even apologize for the horrible customer service.

I got to sit on a couch and wait, as a bunch of cool-boys bull$hit and cuss in the company of a little boy who was waiting for his Dad. Clowns.

Not one these cool-boys said a word to me, from entering and during my wait. This joint had zero professionalism.

Although, if you're a very cool guy that loves his reflection and wants pretty lines and designs in your hair, go there, you'll love it.
