Worst care I have ever received from Doctor, everything was great as long as expensive test and RAI where being done, after that can’t even get an email answered.

Dr. Lackan has been my endocrinologist for nearly 10 years now. He takes the time to get to know his patients and genuinely cares for them. He always addresses my concerns and never dismisses my opinions when talking about treatment options. I am saddened by the amount of negative reviews because I completely disagree with all of them. I've never felt he was rude, impatient, or arrogant. There's always a wait to see him but that should show that he doesn't rush through his appointments for the sake of time. He has always treated me like family and I recommend you give him a chance to treat you the same way.

Dr Lackan and his office have always treated me well. I have been a patient since 2011. The appointment is never rushed. Dr. Lackan and Amy always take care of me and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you for caring. The only thing I would have to complain about is that when calling into the office to make an appointment or talk to someone.you will be on hold for a long time. They are a busy office. Extremely unprofessional! Missed appointments, long wait times, I asked for certain blood work for 2 years only to be treated as I was the one lacking in my health care! Even told me I was depressed!

Went from 9.2 to 5.6 glucose. Lost 50 lbs. Excellent care by this entire office. Highly recommend the Doctors and staff at this location.

Dr. Lacken has been nothing but professional and and understanding with me from the get go. I was referred by my PCP, it took about 3 weeks to get an appointment from that referral. From the time I was seen I knew I would be sticking around. With everything that has happened he has been excellent and I would definitely, and HAVE referred him for others to use.

I keep seeing reviews saying this doctor is great, but I wouldn't know. I was referred to him a month ago. Every week I call trying to find out when I can get at least an appointment. Unfortunately I'm told the same thing every time "The person who does new patient appointments does them on a first come first serve basis. You should get a call within the next week. " Its like they are reading it off a piece of paper on a wall instead of doing their job. My case and business will be taken elsewhere. Dont believe the replies on other reviews saying there have been changes made about the staff. To be honest it seems like there has been no changes when I read other reviews.
