Daryl Flood Moving & Storage did a wonderful job managing
our move. In retrospect, their handling of our move from beginning to end was worry free. The closer was very professional and thorough in his Estimated Quote and readily accessible for any changes or concerns. The oversight by their coordinator was also totally customer-oriented,
The work done by the packers and loading/unloading crews
was A-one. They did their job efficiently and courteously.
Finally, the driver was re-assuring and professional, as well as
being highly qualified in all his responsibilities in directing
the crews, loading the van, doing the paperwork and
safely delivering our belongings.
We would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone else. Their price was very competitive, and their service reflected an attitude of looking after the customer.

The two individuals scheduled for our place today were completely unprofessional. While I’m cleaning out my fridge they decide to make snarky comments while I’m trying to move things as fast as I can to swap our fridge out. Make another choice on a delivery company cause this ain’t it.

They did a wonderful job all around when it came to my move from Texas to Arizona. They showed up on time, did the work and then transported my possessions without a hitch. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend.

Daryl Flood moved us from a 5 bedroom rental into our new house. There was a misunderstanding on the amount we needed to move, but they addressed it with no issues. Moving team- Jhonatan R, Charles G, Dwayne S, and Isant C worked their tails off and did a great job.

Excellent crew of 6 men. Very fast, careful, professional, friendly, and worked great together as a team! Great coordination and communication with logistics prior to the move and day off! There were no issues in the whole experience and the finished in less time that estimated! We have moved often and this crew is one of the best! Highly recommend and we will use this company again!

I recently (October/November 2023) used Daryl Flood's Moving & Storage for my transition from Texas to Virginia. My goods had to be packed and stored for five weeks. The team was very professional, courteous and hardworking. They kept me informed and updated throughout the process. Now that I am unpacking in Virginia, I am pleased to report that the contents are intact and accounted for. I recommend this company to work with.

It is clear that Mayflower Moving and Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics do not care about their customers and are fully focused on maximizing profits.

Angie and I utilized them for our move from Texas to Colorado and the entire process has been riddled with shady business practices and bad customer service.

I put a deposit down to lock a moving rate in January for our move in May. In May my agent told me the price went up $1500, meaning the incentive to put a deposit down was a bold faced lie. At this point I was held hostage to using them due to timing.

The only employee either company provided was the truck driver. All other movers/packers/etc were local contractors hired as day labor. They treated our property just like you would expect from someone who is not responsible for the end result. I caught movers sitting on my boxes and playing around with my belongings multiple times.

My move coordinator had no clue when my belongings would be delivered. She texted me multiple times giving me the wrong dates, and I had to correct her each time. Luckily, the driver was in direct contact with me and he showed up on the date he told me he would.

These contracted movers did significant damage to the rental property we moved into in Colorado, putting a hole clear through a door, banging up walls, door frames, stairs and railings. My first claims adjuster ignored over a dozen emails and phone calls from me until I threw a massive fit to their supervisor, at which point they finally sent someone to look at the house, who finally agreed and scheduled the work to fix the damage. This process took 2 to 2.5 months, at about 4 emails and 4 phone calls PER WEEK until it was addressed.

The driver reviewed our belongings at the point of delivery and admitted that a "parts box" that had screws for furniture, power plugs for TV's, etc. Was clearly missing. In addition, it turns out that several boxes were not indexed at our house, as they turned up at delivery without any labeling or being listed on the manifest. This would be fine, however as we unpacked we have found that at least 3 or 4 unmarked boxes did NOT make the trip, totalling about $1500-$2000 worth of lost property.

Why am I writing about this today? Well I just got an email from my claims adjuster that since I signed the delivery paperwork at point of delivery, they don't technically have to reimburse me for any of the missing things, even though they weren't properly documented for the move, and therefore we could not possibly determine they were missing when I signed, but he is willing to be a nice guy and offer us $500.

These companies are a sham. They do not take care of their customers in any way. They are not willing to work with or help make anything right. I am 100% sure I could have done better hiring my own labor. Look anywhere else for better service for your move.

They made everything smooth. From packing, storage and eventually shipping to our new home.

All around good service, no complaints at all. I got quotes from several companies and Daryl Flood was prompt and professional. After performing the video inventory, which was done by Chris Well, he provided a quote within a matter of hours. I'd done 3 other quotes from days before and had still not heard back from them, Chris was understanding and waited for me to hear from them. The moving coordinator, Caroline, was awesome as well. She kept in touch throughout the entire process, through completion. The movers were timely and communicated arrival times in addition to the moving coordinator. We will contact Daryl Flood for any future moves and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Would not recommend them. They damaged our brand new home wall, dryer, and mattress during the move.

Jose’s team was amazing! They came early in the morning and communicated what was the expectation. Did the walk around to make sure that what needed to be packed was packed. They were done super fast! The following day for loading his team arrived early to prep for loading. And it was done super efficiently. There packing techniques was fast and efficient. I would totally recommend and use them again. Thank you.

From beginning to end, Flood communicated with me on the move and answered all my questions. The movers packed everything. No damages, no issues. The move went smoothly. Other than a minor issue with packing, they resolved it expeditiously. Most importantly, no hidden prices. Highly recommended

I'm very unhappy so far with my move from Daryl Flood. It has been 9 days that my furniture has been sitting in a warehouse after being picked up and my representative keeps giving me the same answer, "I'll let you know when the driver gives me a delivery update". Why is it so hard to give someone an exact delivery date? It's clear that maximizing profit and holding onto your belongings for as long as they possibly can is more important to them than getting customers their personal belongings. I don't recommend using this company.

I am so happy we chose Daryl Flood Moving, Everything went perfectly. Communication is the most important thing for me, the communication was fantastic. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and very good at their job.
