Daryl Flood has been our corporate moving partner for many years and have done quite a few office moves for us. They are always professional, courteous, on time and a pleasure to work with.

Ordered a virtual survey from this agency, received it back in record timing! Great correspondence from them as well. Highly recommend!:)

We knew that doing a whole-home state-to-state move during a pandemic was going to be challenging but our experience with Daryl Flood was painless - or at least, as painless as a whole-home move can be! The move estimation was done effectively through a mobile-device tour of the house, and communication through the whole process was regular and effective. The move itself was quick and efficient and Daniel, our driver, did an amazing job of coordinating the move-out and move-in crews as well as doing the long drive and making sure all of our belongings were delivered safely.

Daryl Flood provided exceptional service from the bid process, move coordination, packing and loading/transport. They worked with me on a last minute date change and accommodated my needs. All personnel I encountered were very professional and service oriented.

Tony Osorio and his crew were the best! They packed us and moved us from Texas to Colorado. Tony was starting to have some truck trouble and made a point to deliver our stuff a day early and unload us and deal with the truck problem after he unloaded us. We have a steep driveway and a 3 story house and they were quick and no damage done! We also used Tony and his crew for packing and they were fantastic as well. Tony and his team were professional, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Everyone involved was very professional and easy to talk to. Everyone made a stressful move not stressful at all. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I relocate again.

These guys were outstanding from beginning to end. We ordered a full pack and move, and they took great care of our belongings and worked hard from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Very fast, but safe throughout the whole process. Everyone was polite and respectful. I could not ask for better service to make my relocation smooth and stress free.

Like many of these reviews. I agree that this company is a nightmare to work with. Our landlord bought a Samsung dryer less than a year ago from Home Depot and was given no choice in the installer.
When the dryer was installed, there are 3 bolts and a steam kit that needed to be secured and they managed to forgo the steam kit entirely and put in 2 of the same screw and one other random one, which caused the dryer to short after 6 months and become an immediate fire hazard.
We called Samsung and they came out immediately but couldn't do anything because it was an installation issue rather than an equipment problem.
We called Home Depot and they bounced us around between the appliances manager there and the installation overseer at this company for over 3 weeks (granted it was the holiday season so we were very understanding of a schedule crunch and probably some vacation time). After 10 voicemails left from myself, my roommate, and my landlord they finally got back to us with a delivery date for a new machine rather than even attempting to fix the problem they created.
They called this morning and we told them that our staircase was narrow and they would need more than one person to remove and replace the old dryer, and of course they send one man with no equipment to perform the service.
He calls some coworkers and hides in his car until they arrive, and his boss gives me a call to check that the installation is complete. When I say it hasn't, he calls the assigned repairman and I get accused of tattling on him when he returns with his coworkers. Now there are 3 men in my house and 2 of them haven't introduced themselves or are even wearing any discernible uniform, which makes a single woman feel extremely uncomfortable in most cases.
The job is done with attitude, both because I watched the installation to insure there were no further issues and because I was visibly frustrated with how messy this whole process has been. They also kept leaving my door open even though I have 2 pets that could easily slip out amidst the commotion.
30 seconds after they leave, the dryer's test cycle immediately stops, which is what happened right before it shorted out, so I run outside and say what happened. The original installer says something under his breath and comes inside while calling another coworker, then proceeds to say "that's what I told her" to his coworker when he really didn't say anything to me at a normal volume or in a professional way.
He leaves and I'm left with a horrible taste in my mouth about the entire experience, especially the degree of laughable unprofessionalism that seems to be integral to the operation of the company.

TL;DR - terrible customer service, no accountability, unprofessional behavior, and bad attitudes

I scheduled a delivery of a GE washer and dryer on 1/10. A day prior I received a call from an automated service wanting to reschedule the delivery, which would not work for my wife and I’s demanding work schedule. I spoke to a person at the local Daryl Flood (Jacksonville, FL) on the phone, who said that the vendor (GE) changed the date even though my order was physically in the warehouse ready to be shipped. She said she changed what was in the computer, fixed the issue, and that I should expect delivery before 1600 on 1/10.

I waited until 1600 today and then called DF back. I spoke with a woman named Tammy who stated that my order date was again changed by this mysterious individual at GE. I told her my appliances were there at her location. She checked and verified that. I asked that they be delivered. She stated that the trucks were already out and my order would not be delivered today no matter what. All the while she would not accept this issue as a fault of DF and blamed whoever the vendor is. She then sent me to her manager Alan’s phone, which did not have a voicemail or anyone to answer.

It is extremely frustrating for me to have set aside a day off from work and school, only to have my time completely wasted. On top of that, DF REFUSED to accept fault and passed the buck onto an individual I cannot contact. I called the corporate office and spoke to a woman who said that there is no centralized department that takes complaints and that I would have to call the local branch back to complain. WHY would I do that? There is no one to talk to that would accept fault. If my order is not filled tomorrow for any reason, I will go to the Home Depot I ordered from and get a refund.

I do not plan to use Daryl Flood for delivery again in the future, and would advise people to avoid a company that does not appear to hear or care about the complaints of their customers.

I will be complaining to GE and the BBB.

Cody & Steven did a perfect delivery and installation of my washing machine from Home Depot. They called 30 minutes prior and arrived within the correct window of time. They were professional, knowledgeable & detailed. Great job!

Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics has handled our move with the utmost professionalism. Colleen and Amy have handled all the details and kept us informed with timely and frequent correspondence. Jose Villalobos and Eduardo packed up our home quickly and efficiently with tremendous care. All that is left is the transport. I have no reason to expect the remainder of the process won't go just a well. Thanks, Daryl Flood!

They fumbled my Home Depot purchased appliance delivery the first time by delivering a badly damaged fridge. Took it back, never called back to reschedule the second delivery. I called them, had them schedule it and deliver is together with a second appliance I purchased almost a month later. Delivery driver was late, calls 30 mins after the delivery window and says the truck is broken down. I'm unable to reach him after that. I call their office to get the urgent deliveries rescheduled because I have a tenant without appliances. They offer 1 week later which is frankly unacceptable after they screw me over twice. I am told by several of their staff that a manager would call me and help me out with other options for a quicker delivery date. No call. I call them again and they tell me the same thing.no call backs ever. Over and over this happens and now they say I refused their proposed date and this is now my fault. Its been almost 2 months since my original order and these people will do absolutely nothing to help you.

Our move from Houston to Rochester NYwas handled by Mayflower. Joey
Biasatti was the move specialist. His personable manner and move expertise were an incredible combination. Kathy Cofer was our residential coordinator and obviously of the same HIGH Caliber. The move was smooth and professional. That is why when we had to move from Rochester 20 months later, I called Joey Biasatti again! He brought in Kathy again and they orchestrated another super smooth move for us from Rochester NY to Cleveland OH. Wow! A professional moving company in Houston orchestrating a flawless move from Rochester NY to Cleveland Ohio! Both the packing/loading crew at Rochester and the unloading crew in Cleveland were superb professionals. The driver - Matt - was nothing less that superlative. If we have to move again, I will ABSOLUTELY call Joey from Daryl Flood again. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your moving needs.

I'll give them two stars because the guys that came to my house were nice, prompt and considerate.

HOWEVER. They lost two of my boxes and broke several items. Instead of accepting their $500 no questions asked check, I submitted a claim so they could "look for and find" my boxes. Two weeks later I got a notification that my claim ad been settled for $370, a PITTANCE for what was lost.

Next time, I'll rent a truck and pay my cousins.

We were packed and loaded last week, delivery was yesterday. Can't praise this company enough (7th relocation in 12 years). Eduardo, our driver (driver ID M24289) was amazing, they worked late into the evening last Friday knowing we had to be in Amarillo by Sunday. Professional service, very communicative and super patient. Highly recommend!

Didn’t finish the job. Left directions for me to finish and left the property. Absolutely horrible service, I didn’t choose them (Home Depot did) but I will never recommend or use them again. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Dark Flood relocation and logistics is a giant disappointment, in fact this place has total buffoons working for them. They delivered Samsung Stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.
These fools drove into my gate and caused damage to it. They drove into trees and damage a few trees. They drive with two people in the truck, unfortunately they don’t have adequate training or common sense, so both stay in the truck rather then one getting out to act as a spotter to avoid trees or to make sure the driver does not hit the gate. Get off your dang phone. Honestly I have no idea how they drove into the trees, theirs more then enough space for their smaller delivery trucks and trailer.
They dented the refrigerator in multiple spots, not surprised because they didn't have any straps or blankets or even card board to fasten and protect the appliances properly.
Two times had to deal this this company and Both times these crews were a disaster, this company does not train staff properly and does not have clear expectations of their contractors. I would strongly suggest going with another company.
Honestly your better off moving your goods or equipment your self rather then hiring these fools.
