I was really nervous to make the trip from fw area allllll the way to Carrollton to a salon I’d never been to and to have a pretty major hair service done, but it was so worth it! Joy did the Japanese straightening treatment on my hair (my first time) and I cannot be more satisfied! I am multi-racial with 2c/2b and a little 3a hair and dealing with my hair in Texas is a nightmare! She explained in detail what would be beneficial to my hair and how to care for it after the fact. I felt relaxed and safe in her hands and the salon was very nice and quiet. I had a great experience and will be back for more treatment again ️

I have been doing my Japanese straightening here for past 6 yrs. They do the best treatment. Suri and Louis are very sweet and best stylist.

I love this place. Just tell them what hair service you’d want, and they will deliver with great quality and fair price, instead of convincing you to buy hair products like other places. Plus.they have a super cute little dog!

They are honestly and nice, they won't do your hair only for make money. I like Louis who are very honest and I will come back when my hair situation is ready.

I came in wanting the Japanese straightening done, Louis looked over my hair and recommend I do the Cinderella treatment first, since my ends are damaged from a bad perm a year or so ago. He was extremely informative and professional. He took his time and it came out beautifully. He even trimmed off some of the damage, so in a few months I can come back to remove the remaining damaged ends and do the Japanese straightening treatment instead. I can't wait to see the results after 2 days when I'm allowed to wash it lol.

Excellent service and final results! I had the Japanese Thermal Reconditioning/Straightening done with Joy and it's the best thing I've done for my hair in years. Wish I had done it sooner. My 3a/3b curly, frizzy hair has completely changed texture and become so soft and straight, except for the lower 1/3 of my hair that is still wavy but I like the slight wave to it. And I can always blow dry it straight in a few minutes if I want bone straight hair.

I highly recommend this service with Joy. She is a joy!

Strongly suggest Louis for lady digital perm and hair style cut. Already did mine for about one month, very nice curves and especially love the way Louis protect my hair using multiple steps of conditioners from perm damage, after the perm, my hair still very soft, this is really comfortable perm experience! Also feel grateful for the caring reception lady Suzi, she even follow up with me couple of days after the perm. I really love this place, people here so friendly. Already commend my own friends here for perm and haircut. 5 stars absolutely!

Best customer service ever! Suri, the owner is the sweetest. It you want very short hair style, ask for Stellar, CC is coloring expert. I will come back soon for more. The coloring chemicals didn’t get me sick. It does smell good. They do know how to take good care of their customers! Highly recommend!
